Marvel Comics Update: Most Powerful Mutants Get Merged Into The Ultimate Villain

It’s true that the most powerful mutants of Marvel have merged to become the ultimate villain as we saw this madness in the recent edition of Uncanny X-Men #8 which is created by Matthew Rosenberg, Ed Brisson, Kelly Thompson, R.B. Silva, Adriano di Benedetto, Joe Caramagna, and Rachelle Rosenberg. The edition is on sale now and this article contains *spoilers*.

Marvel Comics

Well, in Infinity Wars crossover which came recently, we saw a lot of Marvel’s biggest superheroes merging in order to create Infinity Warps which is simply mashed up aspects of two different characters. X-Men didn’t have a big role in that storyline but in this, it has been revealed that two of Marvel’s most powerful mutants have merged together in order to form one of the strongest villains the X-Men have ever faced in the Uncanny X-Men edition.

Marvel Comics

We have seen in the ‘X-Men Disassembled’ storyline that there was a version of Cable from the age of apocalypse who used his mutation powers in order to reshape the world according to his demand and will. But, it was the combined force of the X-Men, Legion, and the erstwhile son of Professor Xavier David Haller.

Marvel Comics

Well, talking about powers, we have to say that there aren’t a lot of names who can stand close to the unimaginable and lethal powers of Nate Grey. But it is Legion who has the ability of reality-warping, it was him who created the timeline of the age of apocalypse and in the Uncanny X-men #8, we see that Legion is the one who has trapped a group of young X-Men and also, Nate in a projection of apocalypse’s age.

Marvel Comics

While Legion was busy doing some work, it was Nate who took over his mind and then comes the thing which will shock a lot of X-Men fans as hybrid of Legion/X-Man potentially be one of the most powerful beings in the rich history of Marvel Universe and he just wants to show all the abilities and powers he now possesses.

Marvel Comics

Nate Grey is named by many to be the strongest mutant of Marvel Comics who can tap into each and every mind in the world simultaneously at once. He has put the deadly Apocalypse villain in chains and has also erased all the landmarks having religious landmarks from all over the world. On the other side, Legion is also quite powerful as he has written reality a lot of times in the past and is the second strongest mutant.

Marvel Comics

These two X-Men are so powerful that some of the villains even tried to control their mind and body for their benefit but couldn’t do so. In the past, we have seen Legion wrestling his own mind and body when Shadow King was taking over him. Also, when X-Man kicked Legion’s mind out of his body, Nate offered a new body to his mind with a signature ‘X’ tattooed on it. For Nate, Legion is like a new vessel with an old mind but for now, it’s not clear whether he can gain access to Legion’s incredible powers.

Marvel Comics

The best and most scary thing is that if X-Man is able to get full control of the powers of Legion then he will be as powerful as The Phoenix Force and the Galactus. So, right now the X-Man has his hands on Legion and can use him for all the kinds of destruction he wants to do in the world. But, the upcoming crossover, “Age of X-Man” will show the X-Man/Legion hybrid in a very pivotal role.

Marvel Comics

Well, the fans of “Age of X-Man” will have to wait for some time as they’ll see the next adventure soon in the Age of X-Man: Alpha on January 30, 2019. So, are you excited to see what is going to happen next as X-Men are going to face something really-really powerful? Do tell us about your views in the comments section down below.
