Do not starve yourself by doing those crazy restricted diets. Lose weight and not your mind! Listen to your body and eat whenever you feel hungry, but don’t overeat. Portion control is necessary even if you are eating “healthy.” Personally, I don’t follow the “6-meals a day” rule, I eat whenever I feel hungry (physically hungry and not emotionally hungry) but keeping in mind portion control. Also, I have my dinner by 8pm at the latest and my food fueling stops after that. Sipping on herbal tea is the best option after dinner and try to sleep on time.
