3 Simple Ways to Overcome Binge-Eating!

Every time you have that urge to eat, pause for a minute and think if it’s physical, or emotional hunger. In case of emotional eating ,look for other means of distraction. Drink water, take a walk, talk to someone, workout, meditate, take a nap, listen to music, etc. If possible try to confront the issue directly without looking for excuses or distractions.
Drink enough water throughout the day…sometimes hunger can be mistaken for thirst!
