Black Widow Film Could Reveal Another Major Mystery From Civil War

Yes, most definitely!

Black Widow Reveal Mystery From Civil War:

The Black Widow movie is supposed to take place between Captain America: Civil War & Avengers: Infinity War. There was a 2-year time gap between these two films and it has been revealed that Natasha has been helped to go on the run by Tony Stark himself. Black Widow may be setting up Phase 4 but it should be the one to solve a few mysteries from Captain America: Civil War as well. And one of the mysteries is related to Crossbones.

Deadliest Assassins From Marvel Comics

Back in The Winter Soldier, Hydra was exposed and Brock Rumlow was revealed to be working for the evil organization. Then in Civil War, Rumlow came in as the mercenary Crossbones who was hired by a mysterious personality in order to retrieve an unknown biological agent from the Institute of Infectious Diseases. It was revealed that this biological agent was stored in a Red Vial which Black Widow successfully manages to save the general public of Lagos from being exposed to.

Till now, we haven’t figured out who was the one that hired Crossbones. In the Black Widow trailer, we saw her carrying Red Vials which looked like the Pym Particles. In Ant-Man and the Wasp, there was a mysterious personality that hired Sonny Burch to acquire the Pym Particles and everything else that Hank Pym owned. So perhaps the one who hired Crossbones and Sonny Burch could be the same person. Sonny Burch is rumored to appear in Black Widow. So the theory is that Black Widow will be finishing the mission of the Avengers from the Civil War. She could be going after the one who hired both Sonny Burch and Crossbones.

One could argue that the vials that Black Widow was seen holding in the trailer of the upcoming movie could be more disease-carrying viruses just like the one that was retrieved from Lagos. But the fact that Sonny Burch is rumored to have a cameo could mean that Widow is holding Pym Particles and there’s some sort of connection with Ant-Man and the Wasp here. Anyway, that’s not important. What’s important is that some shady personality seems to be working behind the scenes to build an arsenal of their own. He/she is hiring mercenaries and mobs to do his/her dirty work. And the Black Widow movie might just reveal who this person is.

Since Black Widow is going to come face to face with her past involving the Red Room. There’s a chance that it is some Russian bad guy who is after all this tech. Even Taskmaster could have been hired by the same person who brought in Crossbones. Now, Black Widow will reveal who this mystery person is. Rachel Wiesz’s Melina is rumored to be the one who’d betray Black Widow. She is rumored to be the one working with Taskmaster all along. So, is there a chance that she has been this mystery person we’re talking about? The Black Widow movie will reveal a few retcons with the rest of the MCU. Melina having a bigger involvement with the past events of the MCU could be one of those retcons. Let’s see what happens.
