While people are really hyped about the upcoming movies with the higher blockbuster potential, they also have certain questions about those movies. If you don’t really care or have these questions in mind, then read the article anyway, it’s free of cost & full of knowledge! So here are the questions you should be going into these movies with:
10. Terminator 6 – How does Arnie get replaced?
The upcoming Terminator sequel will be the final Terminator movie for Arnold Schwarzenegger as T-800, and it will mark the passing of the baton to a younger generation of actors who will carry the franchise forward for the next 2 movies (supposedly). But who will be the face of the franchise after the old man departs?
The most likely scenario is that the Ghost Rider from MCU, Gabriel Luna who is also reportedly playing a terminator in the film will be the central character from here on!
9. Star Wars: Episode IX – Is another Major franchise villain coming into the mix?
After the grand set up for Snoke in The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi killed him off like he was nobody. But with Snoke gone, you’d obviously need some other big villain pulling the strings.
You would need someone that Kylo Ren would answer to because the way The Last Jedi ended, it did not seem that there is much more left to explore in the film. So will there be a twist in the tale and some other big villain will emerge out of nowhere? That is what people want to know!
8. Fantastic Beasts 2 – Will the film setup Voldemort’s debut?
The second film in the Harry Potter prequel franchise is bringing in Dumbledore and it has also been confirmed that Nagini is involved, it is highly likely that we will also get to see the journey that leads her to accompany the Dark Lord whose name should not be taken!
WB has long plans for the Fantastic Four franchise so it is plausible that the debut of the noseless villain will be set up some time, but will it happen in this particular film or not is the question that people are asking!
7. Aquaman – How many Horror Elements has James Wan added to the film?
While there aren’t many questions left to be asked for the upcoming underwater DC adventure because the extended trailer of the film literally gave away the entire film, one worthy question left to ask is that the film will be full on horror or only some elements of it are going to be like that.
Two scenes, in particular, involving the trench monsters did look pretty scary, and with James Wan being the king of horrors, should we expect jump scares from other threatening sea monsters in the film?
6. Shazam! – How will the film connect to the larger Worlds of DC?
The only DCEU film coming out next year is going to be Shazam! It has been confirmed that Superman will not be making his highly anticipated came in the film so how else will the film establish the big connection with the larger DCEU.
We know that the film will be pretty self-centered revolving around Billy Batson but we have seen Easter Eggs in the trailer itself, which have confirmed that the film is, in fact, a part of the same continuity. So is that it? Or is there some big cameo of a Worlds of DC character kept as a surprise in the film?
5. Joker – Will Batman be set up in the film?
For the first time, we will get to see the origin story of Joker being portrayed on the big screen. It is a solo Joker film but reports have suggested that Thomas Wayne will have a major role in the film.
But will the film set up Batman for the future? Recent reports also suggested that a young actor was cast as a younger version of Bruce Wayne, so it is safe to say that the movie will be a one-off, and Batman will not likely be set up even for the future.
4. Spider-Man: Far From Home – How does the film begin just moments after the events of Avengers 4?
Kevin Feige mentioned it in an interview last year that Spider-Man: Far From Home will be the first Phase 4 film and it will pick up right where Avengers 4 leaves us.
The second Spider-Man movie will be set just days after Avengers 4 and from what we have seen in the bunch of set photos that have hit the internet is that everything seems to be very happy and normal.
So will the events of Avengers 4 fix things in such a way that everything goes back to normal? There will be no effects of Avengers: Infinity War left whatsoever? How can things be so normal after in Spider-Man: Far From Home if the previous film was a world-ending event?!
3. Black Widow – Will Winter Soldier be involved?
It has been confirmed that the Black Widow film will be a prequel even to the first Iron Man film, but the big question that arises here is that, will we get to see any other MCU character in the film? The possibilities are that Nick Fury could show up, or even Hawkeye could come in and tell us what the hell happened in Budapest.
But there is another mystery from Black Widow’s history that people might like to see. In the second Captain America film, Natasha revealed that she has had a previous encounter with the Winter Soldier, so it would be interesting to see whether we get to see that question be answered in the film as well.
2. Captain Marvel – Where & Why has Captain Marvel been away all this time?
Kevin Feige mentioned in an interview last year that Captain Marvel will answer every question that we have about her absence. People obviously want to know why Nick Fury took so long to contact her, but the biggest and most cliché question that people have is that where has she been all this time and what was keeping her away? Was it the Kree? We’d find out only when the film comes out.
1. Avengers 4 – Is the film setting up alternate Universes?
While people have 100s of questions about the film, there are some rumors being suggested that keep us very surprised and intrigued as to how those things could be incorporated in the film is the major mystery.
For instance, the recent news suggests that the dead characters like Sam, Bucky, Wanda, and Loki will be brought back to have their own TV shows. But it has been confirmed that the Avengers: Infinity War deaths were permanent?
So will Avengers 4 set up alternate universes where these characters will be alive, and the likes of Captain America & Iron Man will be the ones who died? Who knows, we will have to wait for the film to come out.
