15 Minute Total Body Workout To Get In Shape

All of us trying to do some kind of workout tend to get discouraged when we see difficult, time-consuming or equipment needing exercises. This article is especially for those who are trying to get into shape but don’t want to or are unable to give it a lot of time and/or money. So we all wish that there was some kind of a workout which does not involve any type of equipment, takes a little amount of time and does not involve moving here and there. Hence here is a really easy yet intense 15-minute workout which basically doesn’t involve you having to get off the floor (well maybe a bit).


Instructions: Knock out this circuit, and then repeat it 4 times. Rest for 30 seconds after every move.

Bird Dogs

Sit on the floor on all fours. Without shifting weight, reach out opposite arm and leg, then bring them back in. Try to remain in the position for 30 seconds. Do 5 on one side, switch sides and then repeat.

Modified Push-Up

Lie stomach down on the floor. Overlap your feet. Keep elbows close to the body as you lower your chest to the floor and push back up. Do it for 30 seconds.

Glute Bridges

Push through heels to lift hips off the floor, squeezing your glutes at the top. Lower back down. Repeat. Continue doing it for 30 seconds.



Lie stomach down on the floor. Lift arms, legs, and chest off the floor. Hold for one second. Lower back down. Repeat for 30 seconds.

Forearm plank

Lie stomach down and join feet and forearms. Fold hands. Lift entire body off the floor using the support of forearms and feet. Remain in this position for 30 seconds.
