It seems like the time of DC is finally coming as we all know that there are a lot of good movies in the line to get released before the biggie Wonder Woman 1984. Yes, it is a biggie as we all know the success the first movie has had and according to recent reports we’ve got to know that a new actor has joined the cast list of the movie.
We all know that the movie ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ being directed by none other than the talented and impressive Patty Jenkins and there are a lot of great stars in the movie already but it seems like DC doesn’t want to hold on to these cards as it has been revealed that Kristoffer Polaha is going to play some sort of a role in the movie. The American actor has been part of some really good movies and shows and is surely going to be a very good addition to the movie.
Kristoffer Polaha has done some very notable and famous roles in his career and the roles from which he got a lot of hype and popularity was of Jason Matthews in North Shore, Nathaniel ‘Baze’ Bazile in the series Life Unexpected, and also of Henry Butler in the series Ringer. His role in the movie has raised curiosity among fans.
There are a lot of big things which we already know are going to happen in the movie but we don’t know the way they’re going to happen which is quite enough for all the fanbase to go mad and excited for the movie.
We all know that the character of Chris Pine which is Steve Trevor is going to come back and there’s nothing clear at the moment whether we will see him coming from the ashes or something different is being prepared for us by the makers.
Also, if we talk about the villains of the movie than there are reports that it is Pedro Pascal who is going to play the role of villain possibly in the movie as we all know that Pascal is the one who has been famous for his roles in ‘Kingsman’ and ‘Game of Thrones’.
There are rumors all over the internet that he’s going to play the role of villain Maxwell Lord and also there are some reports that say Pascal’s role of Maxwell Lord is going to be a lot different from his role in comics. What SuperBroMovies are hearing about the rumor is stated below:
“We hear this version of Maxwell Lord is more “hammy” than people would expect and it will be evident they have gone with a more liberal take on the character. One thing that will differentiate him from his comic counterpart is the fact that he won’t have the psychic powers that he sometimes wields in the comics.”
The director of the movie Patty Jenkins has also expressed his feelings and emotions while making this movie as she stated:
“One of my favorite things about the first movie was getting to know the era. Really, when you dig into the era, they serve as metaphors for things that are true always. The reason I wanted to set it here is that it really was mankind at its best and worst. We’re aware of some of the prices of our behavior nowadays, but we weren’t then,” the director adds, “There were a lot of beautiful and incredible things about the 1980s, too, at the same time. We thought [the ’80s] could go on forever. Everything that was going on then, we thought it could go on forever. What an interesting time to reflect on right now.”
