Infinity War Concept Art Shows Doctor Strange Sending Thanos to Another Dimension

Infinity War Concept Art:

There are a lot of reasons as to why the Infinity War is the biggest, and probably the best MCU movie. One particular reason about this is that the film actually made a lot of our dreams come true. People wondered how exactly the Avengers would take on the menacing Thanos.

What Marvel did amazingly well on this part was that they pit as many Superheroes against Thanos in solo encounters as possible. While Iron Man vs. Thanos was surely the best duel of the film, you have to admit that Doctor Strange vs. Thanos was not far behind!

The fight between the Sorcerer Supreme and the Mad Titan was literally magical & obviously one of the most unique fights we have ever seen. There was a lot happening in the fight.

Doctor Strange used a whole lot of spells at once which proved that his character was extremely developed after we saw him in his solo film and even Ragnarok. Since the Russos had the liberty to use magic in this particular fight, they took it to an extreme level and gave us something visually awesome.

Thanos seemed to have the answer to every new attack that Strange made upon him The Infinity Stones obviously assisted with that, allowing Thanos to fight fire with a volcano! Amongst the amazing new spells that Strange used, he also attacked with a basic move that we all were familiar with.

He tried to send Thanos in the Mirror Dimension. Thanos obviously broke out of it before even entering into it. But as the book of artworks based upon Infinity War, which is called The Art of Avengers: Infinity War has come out, it has released many alternate arts that could have taken shape in live action.

Producer Trinh Tran who came up with The Artbook had something amazing to tell us about the time the Doctor Strange fight was being planned. She said:

“Audiences only got to see a glimpse of what he [Doctor Strange] was like in his own movie, but in Infinity War we really wanted to put him against Thanos and give them a moment, because Thanos had a majority of the stones so he had quite a bit of power to play with.”

What’s interesting is that this book actually has alternate artworks which show Doctor Strange successfully transporting Thanos to another dimension. This book actually shows Doctor Strange’s powers even stronger than what they were in the film. We were already surprised to see Doctor Strange capable of doing so much in so little time, but what the book shows is omnipotent!

Not just this, it seems that Strange was even able to subdue Thanos according to these arts. This power could have come in extremely handy, but it might have been similar to what Mantis did, so it is good that Marvel did not opt to use it.

The battle that took place upon Titan was truly epic and it even overshadowed the War of Wakanda. Comparing the two fights, you’d know that the War of Wakanda did not get as much time or importance as the battle of Titan did.

Now we don’t know what will happen in Avengers 4. Things are going to be beyond our imagination, and we will also see Doctor Strange return from the dead along with the other Disintegrated characters.

Avengers 4 is going to be a very special outing and here’s what Kevin Feige had to say about the film:

“I will say, the entire intention of Infinity War and the next Avengers film next year was to have an ending – to bring a conclusion to 10 plus years, 22 movie narrative in a way that hadn’t been done before in this particular type of film. It’s been done before in films where there are a finite number of books, and they finish telling the story for the books, so they come to an ending. Characters like Spider-Man or Batman or James Bond or Iron Man, who have been around for so long and are always refreshed in comic books or novels or movies, you don’t necessarily get that kind of an endpoint – and we wanted to do that, which is what these next two Avengers films are.”
