Almost everywhere you look these days, you will see, or hear an ad proclaiming it is the best diet plan to lose weight. Some are ridiculous, “Lose 20lbs in one week!” Some only offer extraordinarily bland foods, ie “The Cabbage Diet.” However, there are some diet plans out there that are healthy, allow you to eat a variety of foods, and actually do work.
