Of the various shows set to come out on the Disney+ streaming platform, the very first this year is going to be Moon Knight. Fans are very much hyped about this series and are looking forward to the events that will unfold in this series. Moon Knight is a character that has not been worked upon before and fans are looking forward to the narrative that we will get to witness. This would be the perfect beginning to a whole new chapter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to mark the change of the tone to the projects. The series is actually weeks away from its premiere and there are some major theories surrounding it. A new rumor about Moon Knight on Disney+ suggests that we might get to see a major Avenger make an appearance.
Moon Knight
Fans got a taste of what they might get to see in the series with the first full-length trailer for the project. This trailer showed him wearing his costume that appeared to be comic book accurate. Not only that, but we also get a chance to have a better look at Ethan Hawke’s villain who seems to have interesting powers of his own. Oscar Isaac himself has stated his excitement regarding the project and agreed with the interesting character he will be playing. The most essential part of the series has to be the fact that it will not hold back with the violence that actually revolves around the character in the comics.
A lot of interesting details have been revealed about the series and how exciting it will end up being. Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has shown his appreciation for the series from the very beginning. In an interview with Empire, Feige stated:
It’s been fun to work with Disney+ and see the boundaries shifting on what we’re able to do. There are moments [in the series] when Moon Knight is wailing on another character, and it is loud and brutal, and the knee-jerk reaction is, ‘We’re gonna pull back on this, right?’ No. We’re not pulling back. There’s a tonal shift. This is a different thing. This is Moon Knight.
Hulk in Moon Knight on Disney+
The DisInsider Show recently shared that Mark Rufllow will actually be appearing as Burce Banner in Moon Knight. There was no specification regarding the capacity to which the character will be appearing in the series. According to the podcast:
We know Moon Knight is coming out this month, but we have exclusively heard the Bruce Banner, Mark Ruffalo himself, will premiere in Moon Knight.

Bruce Banner actually had a cameo last year in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. It won’t be surprising to see him make another appearance in the MCU in terms of a cameo. The character is amongst the very few original members of the Avengers team who managed to survive following the events of Avengers: Endgame. There is a lot of interesting roles to play for the character in the series in terms of helping out Marc Spector. Mark Ruffalo was even seen with Oscar Isaac in Budapest where the filming for Moon Knight is taking place. The actor responded to the rumor of him appearing in the series with a tweet.
This is not the first time another major character has been associated with appearing in the series. Considering Moon Knight will pave the way for the supernatural elements in the MCU it has been assumed that we will get to witness other characters linked to that element appear in the series. Mahershala Ali’s Blade had a cameo in Eternals and it was assumed that the character might end up appearing in Moon Knight. Considering Bruce Banner has faced the personality disorder himself with Hulk, it won’t be surprising if he appears as a mentor to Moon Knight.
Moon Knight will make its premiere on Disney+ on March 30.
