A New Book Makes People Think That We’ll See The Love Interest of Wong in NWH

Spider-Man: No Way Home will definitely be one of the most interesting additions to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Fans are trying to dig out every single detail about the movie now that the release date of the movie is coming closer. The first trailer was able to give us a somewhat idea of what we could expect from the movie but at the same time, it also led to more theories. We had the opportunity of getting a fair idea of how the movie will invoke the narrative of the multiverse and how that will end up making an interesting narrative. It seems like a completely new character might feature in Spider-Man: No Way Home based on a book that was released based around the world of the movie and fans are wondering if this could be the love interest of Wong, Sara Wolfe.

Spider-Man: No Way Home

The third film in MCU’s Spider-Man movies, Spider-Man: No Way Home is definitely going to be a major addition. There are numerous theories that are set around the world of the movie ever since the first few fan theories were confirmed. Some of these theories were confirmed by the first trailer of the movie. The trailer was such a hit that it became the most watcher trailer in the first 24 hours of its release. We are well aware that Alfred Molina’s Doctor Octopus will be appearing in the movie along with other villains like Sandman, Electro, and Green Goblin. There’s a chance that even Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Men might end up making an appearance in the movie. But a new detail might lead to a wholly new character to be making an appearance in the movie along with its MCU debut.

One thing fans of the franchise are well aware of is the fact that MCU pays attention to every single detail and fans are paying attention to all these details. The various rumors have only deflected us farther away from what might actually be happening in the movie. Fans had dived into the merchandise for the movie to explore and a book was released based around the movie. The picture book is based on the narrative of the movie and several pages of the book were leaked and these clearly hinted at a completely new character previously unseen.

Spider-Man’s Very Strange Day!

Mysterious Character No Way Home Wong

Various pages of the book were leaked online by Noticias Geek TV. The book is titled Spider-Man’s Very Strange Day! and it is written by Calliope Glass and Andrew Kolb and it will be based on Spider-Man: No Way Home. These pages show a particular moment where Wong is giving Peter Parker a tour of the Sanctum Sanctorum who appears to be in his Far From Home costume. The moment also consists of MJ, Ned Leed, and an unknown character who is seen wearing a winter coat and carrying a snow shovel along with a rather disgruntled Doctor Strange.

Love interest of Wong

A particular page shows Wong escorting them through the Mirror Dimension and it reads:

The Mirror Dimension! Step by for an interactive experience that bends the laws of physics! Is it jarring, or is it terrifying? The answer is yes!

Meanwhile, the new character could be seen standing in the background happily as Wong stands with excitement and his arm up in the air. Another page, shows them going through the relic room. The character seems to be present on various other pages of the book mostly standing next to Wong and even shoveling the snow.

Who Could This Unknown Character Be?

There are two possibilities for this character considering she appears to be helping out at the Sanctum Sanctorum. This could be Zelma Stanton, a teenager who came across Doctor Strange after she was infected by Mind Maggots. After helping her out Strange asks her to be his librarian and she even ends up being his apprentice for a while.

Love interest of Wong

Another character that this unknown person could be is Sara Wolfe. She was the secretary of Doctor Stange in the comics and the love interest Wong. The additional links that point to this are the fact that the character is taller than MJ, Spider-Man, and Wong. Plus the character mostly seems to appear next to Wong and she seems to be aware of the place as she carries the shovel. We will only get to find out who this character is when Spider-Man: No Way Home releases in theaters on December 17.

The film stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Martin Starr, J.B. Smoove, Marisa Tomei, J.K. Simmons, Jon Favreau, Alfred Molina, Jamie Foxx and possibly, the previous two Spider-Men.
