#10: Tomb Raider (2018)
Alicia Vikander took a decent shot at the iconic character of Lara Croft and this movie is without a doubt a lot better than the original movie starring Angelina Jolie. It is an enjoyable movie, albeit with a few problems. The sequence involving the tomb was super fun and the CGI is not as bad as some people would like you to believe.
#9: The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997)
The Lost World is an underrated movie because it is always compared with its predecessor, which is a masterpiece. It is full of fantastic visuals and it is a crowd-pleaser. Spielberg took a different route with this movie by making it a lot more suspenseful and thrilling.

The Rundown is an action-packed adventure that will never fail to entertain you. It stars Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, so you know exactly what to expect from this movie. The action sets this movie apart because it is fantastically choreographed. There are some flaws if you deliberately look for them, but all in all The Rundown is an adventure you won’t forget.

The Rock has come a long way from The Scorpion King and he is made for this genre. Reimagining iconic movies are hardly considered to be a good idea but this movie is a clear exception. This movie is hilarious, has awesome characters, and non-stop action. The movie is unbelievably a lot funnier than you would expect it to be.

Tarzan is one of the best Disney movies of all time. The animation is flawless and the story has a lot of heart. The character development is done amazingly and it is a perfect blend of action and romance. Tarzan is an iconic character and has given a lot of memorable moments. The movie is full of thrills and it does not compromise on the story.
#5: King Kong (2005)
King Kong has been adapted several times but Naomi Watts’ King Kong is the most accurate one. It features top-notch CGI and it was way ahead of its time. The movie is very emotional and successfully humanizes the 25 Feet tall Ape. No one would have been able to make this movie as good as Peter Jackson.
#4: Apocalypto (2006)
Apocalypto is an adrenaline-filled brutal movie made by Mel Gibson. The movie is inherently violent in nature but the violence is not unnecessarily done. It is surely one of the goriest movies out there and if you don’t mind that, then do not even think before watching this movie. The Jungle setting made this movie a whole lot amazing.
#3: The Jungle Book (1967)
There are not many movies in this world that have had the kind of impact that The Jungle Book has had over people. All of us have grown up hearing about Mowgli’s adventure. It is a masterpiece, full of lovable characters and seamless animation. It also has one of the best Disney Villains, Shere Khan, making the movie even better.

Arnold Schwarzenegger gives one of his best performances in this movie. This movie takes us on an action-packed and nightmarish adventure, that only gets more intense as it goes on. We have seen a lot of movies on the Yautja, but Predator is still the definitive movie for this species. The movie is still loved by fans all over the world.

Jurassic Park is Steven Spielberg’s masterpiece and one of the best adventure movies of all time. The movie has close to zero flaws and excels in each department. The CGI and special effects are legendary for a movie that came out nearly 27 years ago. The critics love this movie and it broke several records at the box office, proving that the fans revere it.
