At the age of fifteen, apart from being one of the most popular actresses in the world, she became the youngest person to appear on the cover of Teen Vogue magazine. The Harry Potter franchise became a sensation thanks to all the lovable characters and the amazing plot. Harry Potter movies were also big at the Box office. It decimated all the previous records. Thanks to that, Emma Watson was named the “Highest Grossing Actress of the Decade” (2000-09) by Guinness Book of World Records. Her movies in the past decade grossed over $5.4 Billion worldwide.

Emma Watson was only 9 years old when she joined the Harry Potter franchise and she was 22 by the time the franchise ended. She basically grew up on the sets of Harry Potter and due to that she became best friends with Harry Potter co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint and she calls them her brothers.

Emma Watson has stated that she does not like to take pictures with fans. She thinks that everyone has a right to privacy and she does not like it when people ask for a picture with her as it invades her personal life. She stated that she prefers to sign autographs for fans but she draws a line at taking pictures. It seems a bit harsh, right?

Emma Watson was appointed as a United Nations Women Goodwill Ambassador for her influence and for the extensive work that she had done in this area.
