Sony Has Pushed ‘He-Man And the Masters of the Universe’ to 2020

There are a lot of projects out there about which we are really excited. But, the hype for the incoming of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe is really high. Previously, we were told that it is going to release this year in December. Well, it has been changed now and has been shifted to a new modified slot. The fans are really sad but convinced, as at least they’re going to see it in some time and has not yet been dumped, as a lot of movies these days are. The exact date hasn’t been revealed but it has been further pushed to 2020.

Sony He-Man and the Masters of the Universe

If we talk about the director then since January it has been reported several times that Aaron and Adam Nee are going to direct this one. Since no one has been cast so far for the film, Noah Centineo has been fancast to play  He-Man. And, there are reports that the production of the film is going to kick-start this year in July. But, for now, we don’t have any official confirmation from Sony regarding any further development.

Sony He-Man and the Masters of the Universe

This movie has been in production since 2007 but nothing has been revealed by Sony Pictures officially. A lot of directors and screenwriters have been attached to this film such as Jeff Wadlow, McG. David S. Goyer, and Joel Silver. But, we hope that this movie isn’t going to get dumped by the hands of makers. As the name suggests, the movie is going to be centered around the character of He-Man as he is going to battle for ultimate powers with the Skeletor. Well, no wonder it is going to bring back all the memories of this great animated series that we have cherished when we were young & free.

To stay updated about this project, keep looking for this space.
