Ant-Man Star Paul Rudd Had Already Revealed Major Avengers: Endgame Spoiler Last Year

Paul Rudd Revealed Avengers Endgame Spoiler: Marvel Studios had remained extremely secretive regarding the details of the Avengers: Endgame project. They had gone so far as to provide different scripts to all the cast members and spreading fake news amongst the fans as a disinformation tactic to keep everyone guessing. Many prominent Marvel Cinematic Universe actors like Don Cheadle aka War Machine, Scarlett Johansson aka Black Widow and Karen Gillan aka Nebula even claimed to have not been aware of the title.

Avengers: Endgame got its official title years before even Infinity War but Marvel had gone to extreme lengths to keep this a secret. But as it turns out, Paul Rudd, who plays Scott Lang aka Ant-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, had already spoiled Marvel’s plan last year. He had revealed the title of the movie in 2018 itself but luckily no one was able to notice. Presenting – Ant-Man star Paul Rudd had already revealed Major Avengers: Endgame Spoiler last year!!!

Paul Rudd is not just a pretty face. Behind that weird looking expression is a creative genius. Paul Rudd is actually one of Hollywood’s one of the most sought after scriptwriters and has lent his skills to major Hollywood projects. Many do not know that but Paul Rudd was appointed as one of the co-writers of Ant-Man and the Wasp, sequel to The Ant-Man movie.

As part of the creative writers team heading the story section off the major Avengers movies, Paul Rudd is actually aware of a lot of inside details regarding the MCU. He might also have come across the Avengers: Endgame title for the fourth Avengers movie a long time before the rest of the actors did. In the TV show The Late Night Show with Seth Meyers, he has actually said it out loud that he knew the title way before everyone else did. Some old footage from the show reveals the same and supports the claim.

Paul Rudd appeared in Seth Meyers’ show last year in the month of June. Seth kept pestering him with questions related to the Ant-Man and the Wasp movie and the future implications of the MCU when we take into account the cliff-hanger ending of Infinity War. During that discussion with Paul Rudd, Meyers offered a response that could have rung all the wrong alarms:

“I don’t know how that could mess up, though, because I would only think that would make more people see the movie, which I feel like’s the endgame.

To that, Paul Rudd gives a simple yet profoundly cryptic reply:

“You know what? You’re right.”

So what happened? Is this implying that Paul Rudd actually knew about the Endgame title and was secretly corroborating the claim by Seth Meyer? We all know that rumors were already afloat regarding the title of the then-untitled fourth Avengers movie? Did Seth Meyer imply that he knew about the title? Did Paul Rudd tell him this? What about coincidence? Could it considered one even?

A lot of questions, and yet no answers!
