Yamaleela is a Telugu film that was released back in 1994. This film was directed by S. V. Krishna Reddy and introduced comedian Ali as the hero for the first time in his film career. This film was a huge box office success. Riding on its success, the film was later remade in Hindi as Taqdeerwala, with Anil Kapoor, Kadar Khan, Farida Jalal and Raveena Tandon and in Tamil as Lucky Man, starring Kartik, Sanghavi and Manjula.

The Plot of the Movie
This movie is about a young man who resorts to various mischievous antics and shortcuts in order to earn money. He goes to his extreme, when he manages to convince Lord Yama, the God who rewards death sentence, to pay a visit to Earth.
