‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Gets a ‘Mission: Impossible – Fallout’ Styled Trailer

Avengers: Infinity War:

2018 was a year full of remarkable movies. It was a year dominated by Superhero movies at the Box Office, but if you think about it, all the Superhero films that came out actually had an immense range and quality. The first one became a cultural phenomenon, while the second one was the biggest film of the year. The third one was #maximumeffort and the fourth film satisfied a craving of 14 years. The 5th film rejuvenated our love for insects and the 6th one was just the cliché awesomeness that gave us a good time. But none of them actually matched the brilliance of Mission: Impossible – Fallout.

Apart from the Superhero films, the best film of the year was without a doubt the 6th edition in the Action Spy Thriller, Mission: Impossible – Fallout, it beat the reviews of Black Panther which had a 97% Fresh score on Rotten Tomatoes.

Tom Cruise’ outing got a great 98%! It did not break the Billion Dollar mark like Avengers: Infinity War, Black Panther or even Incredibles 2, but it did get a massively profitable Box Office return and became the highest grossing film of the franchise! It made a total of $791 Million at a budget of $178 Million.

The insane hype of Mission: Impossible – Fallout really began with the first trailer of the film that had ‘Friction – Imagine Dragons’ playing in the background. The trailer was so amazingly edited that it almost felt magical! The hype for Mission: Impossible – Fallout was not as big as Infinity War, but the film did prove to be one of the best movies of the year all things considered.

Since the way the Fallout trailer was edited was loved by everyone, there are more trailers of the familiar style coming into the picture. Avengers: Infinity War has been edited in a similar style, have a look:

While we all love the original Avengers background score, but we have to admit that “Friction” is such a trailer worthy song that it can actually fit into the trailers of many movies. The footage of Avengers: Infinity War works remarkably well in this style.

It presents Thanos as the big bad, and for a change, Doctor Strange as the centric hero among everyone else and we absolutely love it! But this isn’t the only MI-F styled trailer that is amazing, we have some other ones as well. Let’s move back in the Marvel history, climbing down from the ladder of awesomeness. Here’s a new edition for Civil War:

Now, this was almost as awesome as the one for Infinity War. Friction really has a way of making us feel really nostalgic about these epic films. Let’s take another downward step in the ladder, and watch the MI-F trailer for the best MCU film, Captain America – The Winter Soldier:

This wasn’t the best edition in this style, but you have to say that it was fabulous. This soundtrack is extremely fitting for a hardcore action film, and it would feel quite amazing with a film like John Wick: Chapter 2. Today is your lucky day…

All these were awesome but I don’t want to make the song boring for you, so no more Mission: Impossible-styled trailers. Watching the 6th film in the franchise, you’d wish that there was the seventh one as well.

So far, talks haven’t begun for another one, but the 6th film did keep an open ending which could easily welcome a sequel if the Studios wanted to. As far as we know, this was the most profitable film in the franchise, and the audience certainly hasn’t been bored of these movies.

Avengers: Infinity War Mission: Impossible – Fallout

Fallout was actually the best of the franchise in all terms, and Paramount would surely make at least one more film in the franchise. Tom Cruise obviously loves to do these anyway, so in the next 2-3 years, we will be seeing another film in the franchise.

Till then, here’s the official Synopsis of MI 6:

“The best intentions often come back to haunt you.  MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – FALLOUT finds Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team (Alec Baldwin, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames) along with some familiar allies (Rebecca Ferguson, Michelle Monaghan) in a race against time after a mission gone wrong.  Henry Cavill, Angela Bassett, and Vanessa Kirby also join the dynamic cast with filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie returning to the helm.”
