The Synopsis of Avengers 4 Has Been Confirmed by Avengers 4 Art Book
Avengers 4 is still more than 6 months away from us but we don’t know a lot about the film. People may think that they do have certain clues about the plot of the film having seen some set leaks, but honestly, no one really knows anything when it comes to Avengers 4.
It is hiding some insane twists and turns that we will not see coming. This will surely be Marvel’s biggest film as it involves the most number of characters and will be the culmination of 22 movies that have come prior to it.
Since we are pretty close to the film, the merchandise sales will take full form from now on and Amazon has added a Marvel Cinematic Universe art book called The Road to Avengers 4, and it seems to have doubled down on a synopsis in use for the film.
This book is similar to what came out at the time of Infinity War as that book was called The Road to Avengers: Infinity War. This book will give us the BTS look along with certain interviews, photos & concept arts. It is expected that the name of the book will be changed to the title of the film when it will be revealed.
But what’s interesting for now is the description that Amazon has put out, as it seems to have taken a cue from the official description of Avengers 4 which is currently in play. Here’s the description of the art book from Amazon:
“The fourth installment in the Avengers saga will be the culmination of 22 interconnected films and will let audiences witness the turning point of this epic journey. This collectible volume features art from films leading up to this thrilling event, including additional behind-the-scenes art, interviews, and photography from Avengers: Infinity War.”
Now if you compare it with the official synopsis of Avengers 4, you’d make out the similarity, and that more or less confirms that the Synopsis which we’ve been using is, in fact, the official Synopsis. Here’s what it is:
“A culmination of 22 interconnected films, the fourth installment of the Avengers saga will draw audiences to witness the turning point of this epic journey. Our beloved heroes will truly understand how fragile this reality is, and the sacrifices that must be made to uphold it.”
Avengers 4 is going to be a very special outing and here’s what Kevin Feige had to say about the film:
“I will say, the entire intention of Infinity War and the next Avengers film next year was to have an ending – to bring a conclusion to 10 plus years, 22 movie narrative in a way that hadn’t been done before in this particular type of film. It’s been done before in films where there are a finite number of books, and they finish telling the story for the books, so they come to an ending. Characters like Spider-Man or Batman or James Bond or Iron Man, who have been around for so long and are always refreshed in comic books or novels or movies, you don’t necessarily get that kind of an endpoint – and we wanted to do that, which is what these next two Avengers films are.”
MCU producer also had something interesting to say to Comicbook.com:
“Oh, there are some ideas [for Phase Four]. I think without giving anything away, we’re at the point now with Marvel as a company looking for what happens post-Avengers 4, and there are a lot of ideas on the table that are really exciting. Some are characters you’ve met before, some are wholly new characters. And now, it’s just for us internal getting our ducks in a row and deciding whose doing what and when these franchises will end up in sort of the larger timeline. So there are things I’m working on, but as a bigger question, we’re just trying to figure out what happens post Phase three.”
It is expected that we will get the first trailer of the film somewhere around November and that is when the title will also be released.
Marvel will have to release the trailer within the next month because the merchandise sales will be in full force and that will bring many more leaks, so it’s better that Marvel gives us the official first look instead. Avengers 4 will come out on May 3, 2019.
