A Major Dead Avengers Character Reportedly Spotted On The Set of Avengers 4

Avengers: Infinity War was the biggest and probably the best MCU movie ever. This was not your typical Marvel movie which is just a light-hearted fun adventure, but it was way more than that, having real stakes and consequences. It was a complete package as it had emotion, drama, suspense, thrill, humor, sci-fi moments and hardcore action. It was a decade in the making as MCU officially began with Iron Man in 2008 and since then 18 MCU movies led us to the epic showdown between Thanos and Avengers Assemble.

For the first time, we saw the Mad Titan in action and made his terrifying presence felt. He came to Earth for Infinity stones, assemble them in a gauntlet and wipes off half the life in the galaxy with the snap of his fingers. In this way, he will be able to bring balance to the universe. The only ones standing between him and his diabolical plan are Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy.

The movie ended in the most thrilling way possible and you would never have seen it coming and seeing the end we all had our jaws dropped on the floor. Now Avengers 4 has to completely blow us away after this major success.

Avengers Infinity War

Avengers 4 is surrounded by even bigger questions that Infinity War brought up. People got to see many mysteries being solved in Infinity War but we all are in the Endgame now, and there is a whole lot more thing that is yet to be addressed in Avengers 4.

The theories about the plot surrounding the internet after seeing the set photos and predicting the future after the horrific end of Infinity War are related to Time Travel, Multiverse and major time jumps into the future.

Avengers 4 is still untitled as it’s a huge spoiler according to Russos. It will be revealed at the right time but one thing that Marvel has maintained is that Avengers 4 is not a direct sequel to Infinity War and that the deaths are real and we need to get over the grief. Here is what Infinity War writer said:

Markus – “[Avengers 4] doesn’t do what you think it does. It is a different movie than you think it is. Also…[the deaths are] real. I just want to tell you it’s real, and the sooner you accept that the sooner you will be able to move on to the next stage of grief”.

But people have seen Loki dressed up in full costume along with Thor having long hair and Mjolnir, as both of them are wearing the outfits they wore in the very last scene of the first Avengers movie when Thor took Loki to Asgard to make him answer for his crimes.

This is believed to be a Time Travel sequence going right back to a specific moment in the past. But it could very well be a key flashback scene which may have something big hidden waiting to be addressed only now. Through various other set pieces, we know that there are going to be many more scenes just like this, so either there is going to be a lot of flashbacks, or the more probable one is that the movie is going to go full on Time Travel.

But how are they going to handle that? With Thanos having the Time Stone, the movie will have to bring some other approach to play which is where the importance of Ant-Man and the Wasp comes into play. The sequel to Ant-Man will heavily dive into the Quantum Realm where Space and Time are irrelevant, so that is how Time Travel may come into play here.

A major set piece showed Ant-Man in his new suit standing alongside Steve Rogers who is wearing his Captain America Suit from the first Avengers movie, Bruce Banner probably hulked out, and Tony wearing the costume of a SHIELD Agent. So this may be a scene of a Time Jump as Avengers 4 might be taking place almost 2 years after the events of Infinity War which explains all these changes in these characters as Tony may be the new leader of SHIELD, Steve is back as Cap, and Banner has figured out the problems with Hulk.

What is really prominent here is that all of them are wearing some kind of device on their hands which actually may be devices for them to be able to sustain themselves in the Quantum Realm.

Another major thing being reported from a lot of trusted Online Portals is that Quicksilver has been recently spotted upon the current filming sets of Avengers 4. We last saw Quicksilver sacrificing his life to save Hawkeye and a kid from incoming gunfire. So if what is being reported turns out to be true, then he may either get revived somehow or maybe a part of another Time Travel/ Flashback sequence.

Aaron Taylor Johnson, the actor who played Quicksilver originally had a 3 Picture contract with Marvel, so this rumor may very well be true and Quicksilver will probably be back in Avengers 4. But the big question would be that will he be from the present and go on to carry his character in the future. Or will it be Quicksilver in the past and coming back only for this particular movie (that is if he is!)?

Both Natalie Portman and Hugo Weaving had 3 Picture deals with Marvel, but Portman was pushed out of two, and the same thing seems prominent for Hugo Weaving, so this may be Taylor Johnson’s last outing as Quicksilver.

Many fans have demanded for Quicksilver to be brought back because Marvel did not do justice with the character at all. He is a beloved character that hasn’t been explored by either Fox or Marvel Studios despite from having cool action sequences. So seeing him having a bigger role here and in Phase 4 would be really great.

We know that the Avengers will have to somehow undo the effects of the Finger Snap so that half the population of the Universe is back. That will bring Scarlet Witch as well. So, both the brother and sister can have a great heartfelt reunion and carry on in future movies. Avengers 4 will open on May 3, 2019. Currently, Avengers Infinity War is playing in theaters worldwide. It has become the highest grossing superhero movie ever and the fastest ever to reach $1 Billion at the Box office.

Here is the official synopsis, read it below:

Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment – the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain”.
