The Number of Post Credits Scenes In Avengers: Infinity War Revealed

Avengers: Infinity War is almost here and it’s just 2 days away from its worldwide release. This is the greatest comic book ensemble we have ever seen on the big screen. The scale of the movie is immensely huge as 76 A-List actors will assemble in one epic finale event where they take on the big bad built up in the last 10 magical years of the MCU.

Avengers Infinity War

Thanos, the Mad Titan will be coming in full force after the Infinity Stones and he will prove why he is being called the biggest, the baddest and the best Villain there has ever been on the big screen in any genre. This movie will be bigger than anything we have ever witnessed. Marvel reportedly spent over $300 Million on this movie and even more on Avengers 4. Since the hype of the movie is insane, Marvel would surely cover this cost in just one day of its worldwide release.

The world premiere of this movie has already happened today, and we got the general consensus of the movie through the first reactions of the fans. Needless to say all the reactions were positive and moreover, the fans have been raving and praising the movie through their tweets, and thankfully we did not get any spoilers. Everyone wrote that the movie is way beyond what we could have expected and the writers have already claimed that whatever fan theories and predictions are being posted online are not even close to what the actual movie is.

The only thing people are worried about is the word of the critics. But there is no way this movie is getting a low score on Rotten Tomatoes. The Embargo is going to lift within a few hours and we’ll get to know the general word of the critics as well. It is already understood that this movie will create history at the box office so we need not worry about that. The only worry was about the spoiler being posted online before people actually get to watch the movie.

Well, we have got a very necessary update regarding the movie and it should not even be considered as a spoiler. With every Marvel movie, we want to know 2 things for sure. First is that what cameo did Stan Lee play in the movie and the second one is the number of Post Credits scenes there are in the movie.

Stan Lee appeared on the World Premiere today, and in a brief interview, he did reveal that his cameo this time is the most surprising one, and it is surely the best of all. The second important info that we have got is the number of Post Credits scenes in the movie. Since this is not the typical Marvel movie, there had to be something different, so in this one, instead of the usual two, there is just one Post Credits scene.

Usually, Marvel movies give us a mid-credits scene and a Post Credits scene. One of those continues the franchise while the one builds upon the future of the MCU or turns out to be just a gag and nothing more. There are variations sometimes as Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 had 5 Post Credits scenes while Age of Ultron had only one Mid-Credits scene. The good news in Avengers: Infinity War is that it is getting the Marvel treatment as the fans will have to wait till the very end to watch that Post Credits scene. That’s just Marvel’s way of letting all the epic moments of the movie become believable as fans wait for one more scene of the film.

We don’t know what the Post Credits hold for us, but speculations say that it will be related to Captain Marvel since Brie Larson is attached to the movie and she is going to appear in her own solo movie next. Other than that, it could relate to Avengers 4 and may hint at the plot of the final Phase 3 movie. Or it can do both jobs at once, giving us a look at Captain Marvel and simultaneously teasing Avengers 4.
