Avengers: Infinity War is just 22 days away and it will be the biggest comic-book movie that we have ever seen. It will be the beginning of the Culmination of the MCU as we know it. Infinity War along with Avengers 4 will mark the end of all the phases that have taken place in the MCU till now. It will be the greatest ensemble ever as we are going to see 67 characters of relevance come together all played by A-List actors.
The Russo brothers have described ‘Avengers Infinity War’ as a heist movie. For the first time, we will see Thanos going to an all-out war with his Black Order and a massive army of alien fighters, also known as ‘The Outriders’ to retrieve all the six Infinity stones that are scattered in different places. He always wanted to gain control of cosmic singularities and destroy half the humanity. Here is what Russos said about the plot:
“With “Infinity War,” the biggest new element to the movie is Thanos and the fact that he’s entering the storytelling in a very bold, strong way, to the degree that he’s almost one of the leads. We’ve shaped an interesting narrative around him that in some ways leans heavily on a heist film in the fact that he’s going after the infinity stones in a much bolder, successful way than he has in the past. The entire movie has that energy of the bad guy being one step ahead of the heroes. We looked at a lot of movies that had that heist-style energy to them, and that brought some inspiration”.
Since the digital marketing of the movie has really kicked in at full force, everyday something new keeps getting revealed about the movie. Ever since March began, we got to see new promo arts, photos and magazine covers being released almost every day, revealing almost all the characters of the movie along with other important aspects.
The two full-length trailers of the movie shed light on many new plot details but still, it kept the main story of the movie hidden. Well, that’s the class of Marvel as it never reveals all its cards in advance. Nevertheless, the hysteria and craziness are reaching its peak.
The Earth’s mightiest will face their most formidable villain in the form of Thanos, hence we are going to have all the Avengers at their best, for example, Iron Man is going to bring his most advanced suit into battle, Captain America is going to have not one, but two new Shield Gauntlets, the War Machine armour looks to be bad-ass, the Hulk is going to have the Hulk-buster armour, the Iron Spider suit is going to rock, we have already seen how insane Panther’s suit is, and most importantly, in this movie, Bucky is going to have a new much better arm after it was blown off in Civil War.
We have already seen how amazing the new Vibranium arm looks, and this time, it has some Gold Texture added to it which seems really amazing by looks but we don’t know whether it is just there to look good or it does add some extra ability to the overall strength of the Winter Soldier, or now as he is called, the White Wolf!
Now, the new poster reveals of Avengers: Infinity War lined up the heroes in the most epic way possible, but doing that, it has opened up a loophole for the fans. When we look at the poster properly by zooming it, we can see the big mistake Marvel has made in this particular Poster!
The Winter Soldier obviously wears the motion capture suit while shooting, but he also has a metal cover designed to wrap around his arm so that he can do normal scenes that do not need CGI. The Metal Arm cover is made up of different pieces, one may go from the shoulder to the Elbow, the other one may cover the forearm and the third would be the glove. Together these three pieces would form the metal arm that makes it look like a prosthetic arm.
But this new Poster has actually revealed Bucky’s real human arm which he has lost within the MCU. During the photo shoot of Bucky, the wrist connection with the fore-arm may not have been properly done and this has shown up in the photo without people actually realizing that it would cause a big mistake when the photo hits the net. Now, a zoom in the poster has allowed us to see Sebastian Stan’s real hand beneath the Metal cover.
Well, this is a mistake and there is surely nothing hidden in the movie that gives Bucky his real arm back. Otherwise, it would make no sense at all and it would not be truthful to the comics as well.
Sebastian Stan has shared his experiences of working on the movie and with Russos, here is what he said:
“It’s chaotic, but it’s great. That’s another insane juggernaut. It’s a war. It’s chaotic, but it’s fun. Anytime you get down there, there’s a lot of jokes and a lot of pranks. It’s a family. There was a party for the 10-year anniversary, and that was the one day that everybody was there. It took eight months to plan one day. Almost everybody was there. When Jeff Goldblum and William Hurt are in the same room, since The Big Chill, that gives me the chills. It’s pretty special. It’s good. It’s gonna be wild.”
Avengers Infinity War will come out on April 27, 2018.

It is directed by Russo brothers aka Joe and Anthony Russo and produced by Marvel boss Kevin Feige along with a set of executive producers including chief architect of Marvel comics Stan Lee, Michael Grillo, Louis D’Esposito and Victoria Alonso. The screenplay of the movie has been written by a masterful duo of Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus. Can’t wait to see this epic spectacle.
