All the villains that The Avengers have had to face and will face on the big screen are the fiercest characters in the Marvel Universe. Loki is extremely powerful but he is actually nothing when it comes to the likes of Ultron and Thanos. These two individuals really pose a threat to Earth’s mightiest heroes. But who among these two will win if they had to take on each other? Let’s analyze and find out, who will be the ultimate big bad of the Marvel Universe.
I had strings but now I am free! Ultron was created by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner (in the movie) and Tony Stark and Hank Pym (in the comics). Ultron has a genius level intellect, a capacity for creative intelligence and self-repair, superhuman cybernetic analytical capabilities, and the ability to process information and make calculations with superhuman speed and accuracy. The character is an expert roboticist and strategist. Other than that he is totally made up of Vibranium, can fly and has a lot of special abilities provided to him by the mind stone.
An artificially intelligent bot who became a humanoid bot due to the mind stone, gaining superhuman abilities and the access to the entire world’s network. He has the ability to access everything which is linked up to the internet. He also formed an army of androids who were all controlled by him and can take down an entire country in just one night.
Thanos is notably the biggest villain the Avengers have ever had to face. He is the ultimate big bad of the entire Marvel universe and is famous for conquering entire universes in the multiverse. He just becomes unbeatable with the number of powers he has which are the Superhuman strength, durability, endurance, and intelligence, Energy manipulation, Telepathy, Telekinesis, teleportation, and Longevity. Along with this, Thanos gets hold of the Infinity Gauntlet which contains the 6 infinity stones that could wipe out the entire universe with just one blow.
He is known as the Mad Titan by the galactic community and the Dark Lord by his most loyal underlings. He is a very powerful cosmic warlord that rules over a very distant region in outer space. Along with all the powers mentioned above, he commands two massive armies known as the Chitauri and the Outriders. Along with his armies, his loyal generals who are also his children in the MCU are a part of his very evil Black Order. The members of The Black Order include Proxima Midnight, Ebony Maw, Cull Obsidian and Corvus Glaive. He is also the father of Nebula and Gamora, and with the use of the Infinity Stones, he can control all of these individuals together and with the powers of this unified team combined, he could take out and be in the entire multiverse.
Thanos Vs Ultron
Well, most fans would straight off claim Thanos the winner of this battle, but Ultron is surely one of the best MCU villains as he posed a threat to the entire humanity, and nearly cause global destruction. He can obviously hold his own against Thanos, as his powers come from an Infinity Stone itself. A Single Infinity Stone has the ability to wipe out an entire planet as it possesses unlimited power, and Ultron is the result of an Artificial intelligence and the Mind Stone, so he could surely take on the likes of Thanos anytime and anywhere.
Thanos is the omnipotent being who will be the biggest threat the Avengers have faced. Without the Infinity Stones and the Gauntlet, it will be really tough for him take out an ever-multiplying Vibranium bot with God-like abilities. The battle between these two could go on for a real-time as Ultron would surely bring in his entire army of Ultron bots, and Thanos cannot wipe all of them out alone. He also will bring in his evil Black Order and that’s how the battle will be really fair!

This battle will go on for quite a long time if Thanos does not possess the Infinity Stones, and Ultron could even take him down or take him to a certain edge where he is Vulnerable, but Thanos cannot be justified without the use of the Infinity Gauntlet, so he will be the ultimate winner and he will prove to be the ultimate.
