Superman vs Thanos
This is an answer both Marvel and DC fans will want to have answered. Superman is the strongest individual DC has to offer, and Thanos aka The Mad Titan is the ultimate big bad of the Marvel Universe. So a brawl between these two is what we need to see in order to find out the ultimate winner. So let’s see how it will go.
Krypton’s last survivor Kal-El, son of Jor-El arrived on earth as an infant when Krypton was destroyed. He was raised on a farm in Kansas by the name of Clark Kent, Son of Jonathan and Martha Kent. Clark Kent is a very talented news reporter and when he finds someone in trouble, he swoops in to save the day.
As Clark grew older, he came to realize his powers meant for and what he could do for the people of earth with them. He possesses Super-Strength, Super-Speed and agility, freeze breath, X-ray vision, heat vision and the ability to fly at speeds much faster than a speeding bullet. His only weaknesses are magic and Kryptonite which weakens his Kryptonian cells and could kill him. His abilities make him the most powerful superhero and he is just invincible in a fight where there is no Kryptonite; also there are versions of Superman who are not affected at all by Kryptonite.
Superman can literally beat anyone if he does not hold back. He loses most of his fight because he holds back, and if he gets rid of that factor, there is no taking him down. The opponent should literally pray that he does not lose his mind in a battle because if he does, anyone standing in his way will end up like Zod!
“Look up, it’s a bird, it’s a plane, no its Superman!” comes in America’s best Superhero to save the day.
Thanos is notably the biggest villain the Avengers have ever had to face. He is the ultimate big bad of the entire Marvel universe and is famous for conquering entire universes in the multiverse. He just becomes unbeatable with the number of powers he has which are the Superhuman strength, durability, endurance, and intelligence, Energy manipulation, Telepathy, Telekinesis, teleportation, and Longevity. Along with this, Thanos gets hold of the Infinity Gauntlet which contains the 6 infinity stones that could wipe out the entire universe with just one blow.
He is known as the Mad Titan by the galactic community and the Dark Lord by his most loyal underlings. He is a very powerful cosmic warlord that rules over a very distant region in outer space. Along with all the powers mentioned above, he commands two massive armies known as the Chitauri and the Outriders. Along with his armies, his loyal generals who are also his children in the MCU are a part of his very evil Black Order. The members of The Black Order include Proxima Midnight, Ebony Maw, Cull Obsidion and Corvus Glaive. He is also the father of Nebula and Gamora, and with the use of the Infinity Stones, he can control all of these individuals together and with the powers of this unified team combined, he could take out any being in the entire multiverse.
The Mad Titan vs The Man of Steel
This is a battle worth giving a though over. If a Marvel and DC crossover ever takes place on the big screen, then Superman will be the strongest individual Earth will have to offer against The Mad Titan. Honestly, Thanos’ power levels are much higher than Superman, and the range of attacks he possesses seems to be in abundance when compared to the Man of Steel. People may argue that why is this battle even being considered when Thanos has beaten the likes of Odin, and the elders of the Marvel Universe and Superman has lost to the likes of Batman.
Well, we have never seen Superman in full force. The Superman that will fight in this battle will not hold back, and we are considering the Kingdom Come version of Superman in this scenario, who is not affected by Kryptonite, and is faster than even Wally West. Still, even for him, Thanos seems to be a far stretch, but in order to Beat Thanos, Superman will have to play dirty. He will have to hit it right where it hurts the Mad Titan, which is, destroying his humongous ego. Seeing Superman alone, Thanos will not use the help of his Black Order and will surely take him on himself.
This is where Superman will be at an advantage pulling the strings. Sups being so fast, it would be difficult for Thanos to land an attack on the Mand of Steel. This colossal battle would go on for a while as both individuals will be able to sustain each other’s attacks. But the ultimate advantage that Thanos has is the Infinity Gauntlets. Even though Superman might be able to hold his own against Thanos, he will still be no match against the Infinity Gauntlet studded with the Infinity Gems. So, the big bad of all universes is going to own Superman after a long fought battle!
