Avengers 5 Writer Confirms Kang Infinity Stones Theory

Hey guys, guess what? The Avengers 5 writer, Jeff Loveness, just revealed some juicy details about Kang the Conqueror’s connections to various items and artifacts in the MCU! You know how in the Infinity Saga, Thanos wanted to use the Infinity Stones to achieve his goals? Well, the theory is that Kang will try to get his hands on similar artifacts that allow him to have total control over the Multiverse. It appears that some of these objects resembling Infinity Stones have already been introduced in the MCU and have a special relationship to Kang’s technology. And now Avengers 5 writer has confirmed Kang infinity stones theory.

In a recent interview with Backstory Magazine, Loveness discussed Kang’s technology and how it fits into the larger MCU. When questioned about the scene in the Loki Disney series where He Who Remains explains that his Variants were trading technology, Loveness said that “it ties into a bigger question” of what the character’s technology actually is and how it “makes him such an existential threat. ”

Loveness later confirmed the link between Kang’s rings on his Time Chair and other ring-like objects in the MCU that have “glyphs” on them. Even the Ten Rings from Shang-Chi and Kamala Khan’s bangle from Ms. Marvel mentioned him. The Infinity Stones of the Multiverse Saga, according to some fans’ theories, could be these artifacts. Marvel Studios’ VP of Production and Development, however, appeared to refute these assertions. Who knows what will transpire, but Loveness is fully embracing the idea!

Loveness also brought up the post-credits scene from Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania where all of the Kang Variants “teleported in” to the same place. This may be a subliminal hint that this scene is related to the way Reed Richards teleported in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Fans have criticized Phase 4 for lacking the Infinity Saga’s sense of direction. But this was likely done on purpose, as Marvel Studios does frequently. Fans may finally realize how everything connects and leads back to Kang at a pivotal point in the story.

Before Thanos appeared on screen in The Avengers, Marvel teased him in the Infinity Saga. So who knows, perhaps Kang has already been alluded to in the current Phase and we are just unaware of it. The Ten Rings and Kamala Khan’s bangle were rumored to serve as Infinity Stones in the Multiverse Saga, but the Marvel Studios VP has since denied this. But given the similarities between these items and Kang’s Time Chair, it’s difficult to imagine there isn’t a link between them.

Avengers: The Kang Dynasty will therefore be released in theaters on May 2, 2025, so mark your calendars, folks. To see how everything comes together, we are so excited! Also, let us know what you think about Kang infinity stones theory in the comments.
