The Main Villain of WandaVision Possibly Revealed

WandaVision Main Villain:

The WandaVision series is coming out in either in December this year, or in early 2021. But there isn’t a lot that we know about the series. For instance, we know the villains of Black Widow & The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, but we’re not sure about the antagonist of WandaVision. There is a surety that Agatha Harkness is going to appear on the show, but she cannot be the main villain. It has to be someone bigger. And now, we might see WandaVision actually leading the way to not one, but two major Marvel villains.

A while back, Marvel scooper Roger Wardell revealed a few bits of information through the aforementioned tweet. We will see the return of the Darkhold in WandaVision, and that will lead us to a new villain. For those uninitiated, the Darkhold is a book of massively powerful spells, and it is made up of Dark Matter from the Hell dimension. It is also called the book of sins, and the fans of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. would recognize the Darkhold as it showed up on the show. But when the book shows up on WandaVision, it is highly likely that it won’t have any connection to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D because none of the MCU TV shows (outside of Disney+) are really acknowledged by the movies.

Anyway, the Darkhold is extremely important because it was created in the Hell dimension. And who is the lord of the Hell dimension? It is none other than the Devil himself – Mephisto. And the reason we believe that Mephisto is surely coming to the WandaVision series, is because of this major connection to Wiccan & Speed, the twin children of Wanda. It is obvious that Vision cannot give kids to Wanda. He is an android, so Wanda in the comics ends up creating her kids on her own.

WandaVision Confirms Wanda’s Children

While Wanda was creating her children, she accidentally did it from the fragments of Mephisto’s soul. So basically, Wiccan & Speed are Mephisto’s children as well. And when Mephisto encountered Wanda, he absorbed the twins back into him. That is what led to Wanda losing complete control over her powers. She was left alone in a state of sorrow. And when she let her reality altering powers out of control, it all led to a complete catastrophe. In the MCU, Wanda has only lost people in her life. After getting a bit of happiness in the form of Wiccan and Speed, she’d certainly go mad if loses her children to Mephisto. The YouTube Channel – The Cosmic Wonder goes as far as theorizing the fact that Mephisto could be the one to write the book of Darkhold in the MCU. So, let’s see what’s up with that.

Let’s discuss the reason as to why we believe Roger Wardell’s scoop specifically about the Darkhold is a hundred percent true. WandaVision is still supposed to release in December. And along with it, Marvel comics plans to release a one shot comic series about Scarlet Witch and Vision, and guess what it will be called? “Darkhold!” Marvel will let people know more about the Darkhold as the book shows up in WandaVision as well.

The Darkhold also has a major connection to Doctor Doom. Furthermore, Doctor Doom is also connected to Mephisto in a major way in the comics. So, we can be very sure that Mephisto is coming in WandaVision, and along with Doctor Strange 2, the series will lead to the arrival of Doctor Doom.

Very recently, Evan Peters was reportedly cast on WandaVision as he was spotted on the set. So, people began to believe that he could actually be reprising his role as Quicksilver on WandaVision. But the report suggested that it is actually a “mystery role” that Peters is playing. Since WandaVision might bring Aaron Taylor Johnson back as Quicksilver, there is a big chance for Evan Peters to be playing Mephisto. Let’s see what happens.
