Top 10 Deranged Psychopathic Characters in Game of Thrones

Psychopathic Characters in Game of Thrones:

Westeros is the breeding ground for psychopaths. It is full of characters who have no empathy, enjoy inflicting pain upon others, and believe themselves to be superior. These characters constantly manipulate others to get what they want and they are only happy when others are suffering. Perhaps, being bat-shit crazy is a prerequisite for people who play the Game of Thrones.

#10: Petyr Baelish

Game of Thrones

Littlefinger played the Game of Thrones better than almost everyone in Westeros and his character deserved a better ending. He was highly manipulative and was willing to do anything. He only cared about his interests and he even killed his wife Lysa without showing any remorse. He constantly lied without flinching and never showed any emotions on the surface.

#9: Melisandre

Psychopathic Characters in Game of Thrones

The Red Priestess was blinded by her Devotion towards the Lord of Light and she participated in several devious acts to please the Lord. She manipulated Stannis to sacrifice his daughter and showed zero remorse when Shireen was being immolated. She did not hesitate before killing anyone as she believed herself to be a part of something big.

#8: Gregor Clegane

Psychopathic Characters in Game of Thrones

The Mountain was a maniac who enjoyed killing people. He burned his brother, Sandor’s face when he was young over a scuffle. He assaulted and violated countless women for his pleasure and killed anyone who spoke against him. He even took pride in his heinous work and did not think about anyone but himself.

#7: Euron Greyjoy

Game of Thrones Cersei Lannister

The first thing that Euron did after making an appearance on the show was to kill his brother and claim the Iron Throne. He was cunning, witty, and considered himself to be above everyone else. He had no respect for the Gods, as he considered himself to be one. He was exiled from the Iron Islands for impregnating his sister-in-law against her will.

#6: Viserys Targaryen

Psychopathic Characters in Game of Thrones

Viserys never saw his sister Daenerys as a person, he used her as an object. He used to torture her mentally and physically. He ultimately ‘sold’ her sister to Khal Drogo in a bid to strengthen his claim. He believed himself to be superior to everyone else. In the end, he did prove that he was the Mad King’s son.

#5: Qyburn

Qyburn was the ultimate Mad scientist who was too good for his own sake. The Citadel threw him out for conducting illegal human experimentation. He completely disregarded the pain of others for the sake of his experiments under Cersei’s rule. He was loyal to a fault and made a lot of people suffer just for his satisfaction.

#4: Cersei Lannister

Psychopathic Characters in Game of Thrones

Cersei became more and more diabolical as the seasons passed and towards the end, she became one of the most dangerous and unpredictable people in the entire Westeros. She pathologically manipulated others and even used her body as a tool to get ahead. She destroyed the Great Sept of Baelor, killing hundreds, without showing a speck of remorse.

#3: Aerys II Targaryen

The Mad King is one of the most sadistic characters in this entire series, and the book readers know exactly what we’re talking about. He married his sister, and he used to torture her for gratification. He was also a pyromaniac, and he enjoyed watching people burn. He tarnished the name of the glorious Targaryen house with his psychopathic tendencies.

#2: Joffrey Baratheon

Psychopathic Characters in Game of Thrones

Joffrey Baratheon had the potential to surpass the Mad King to become the cruelest and most sadistic person in Westeros. He was a product of incest, but even that doesn’t explain his ruthlessness. He liked torturing others physically and mentally. This is precisely why all of us were overjoyed when he was poisoned. Does that make us psychopaths as well?

#1: Ramsay Bolton

Psychopathic Characters in Game of Thrones

The fans hate Ramsay Bolton with a burning passion. He has no redeeming qualities. He was cunning and smart, which made him a very dangerous opponent. We can never forgive him for what he did to Sansa. He killed Rickon Stark just to aggravate Jon Snow, and we cannot even talk about what he did to Theon. Ramsay’s father, Roose never really loved him and now we know why.
