Captain Marvel was the film that begun Disney’s reign at this year’s Box Office. It is amongst the top 10 highest grossing superhero movies of all time and Disney just can’t ask for anything more than that. They’re just too proud with Captain Marvel grossing $1.126 Billion worldwide. It was another one of MCU’s greats even though there are much better films than what it is. Well, now that the film is coming for a home release very soon, we get a chance to see more than what we got at the theatres. Here’s a scene that was deleted from the theatrical cut.
Having seen the film, we were always longing for some more Starforce action. Well, we don’t get action here, but at least we get more screen time involving them. The movie seriously lacked Star Force and now we’ve got a bit of them. This scene is titled “Heading to Torfa” and it shows us Vers (Danvers) and her fellow Starforce members banter as they prepare for their rescue mission to Torfa. Here’s the second scene which is titled “Starforce Recruits.” Take a look:
Here we see Yon-Rogg lecture a roomful of students on the Kree’s mission to defend all nations from the scourge of the Skrulls. Well, having these scenes might have just helped the film a bit, although we know why they were removed from the film. They might have added some pacing issues and hence the editing room kept these scenes within. There are 4 more scenes and a gag reel which are yet to be seen. Here’s everything that will come with the BluRay and 4K Ultra HD packs:
