Marvel Fan Breaks World Record by Watching ‘Captain Marvel’ Over a Hundred Times

Captain Marvel has broken a lot of records at the box-office. And, no wonder the fans of this debut superhero are matching her quite bravely. A Marvel fan has watched Captain Marvel film over a hundred times. Yes, you heard it right, a fan named Steve Ruppel from Wisconsin has made a Guinness World Record by surpassing the previous record of 104 times. He went to Marcus Cedar Creek cinema in order to achieve this feat. It’s really astonishing and I think this simply shows the craze and love for the movies of MCU. And, no wonder people are in love with the acting and portrayal of Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel.

Well, to be honest, I really don’t care about the record of this person, I’m more interested in his life because how the hell was he able to watch a movie for a record 116 times. I don’t know, I simply don’t know but I do envy him from the deepest corners of my heart. Because, when I spend an extra minute while bathing, it costs me a 20-min delay in work. That’s how packed our life is but it seems like this dude is living the life of a god. Moving on, Ruppel has talked to CBS 58 in an interview, where he talked about the record and said,

“I thought it was the most insane thing ever. And, I thought it was impossible. Also, I wasn’t even sure why it was even a record. But I thought after a while ‘I should probably do that.’”

“I love superhero movies, and so this was a pretty good fit. I knew it was going to be around for a while, and I thought it would probably be a good choice for this particular record. Looking back on it now, I might almost consider a Disney movie, because they’re usually shorter and probably around for a while, but that singing would drive me crazy. It really would,” Ruppel added.
