Chris Hemsworth Still Won’t Deny Loki’s Return in Avengers: Endgame

Avengers: Endgame –

There are a lot of characters in the MCU who hold a special place in the hearts of fans. Though many are loved because of their hard work and being loyal to their job, there is one particular character who has made a name for himself because of his very interestingly hated characteristic. Yes, we are talking about the cheat ‘Loki’. The man was choked down to death by the hands of Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War. And, it was Thanos who said that famous phrase, “No resurrections this time.”

But, Loki has perfected the skill of duping and misleading people. He has done this in the past a lot of times and now, we trust his brilliance that he would have tricked even Thanos by making him believe that he is dead. To cement this assumption, Loki’s on-screen brother, Chris Hemsworth recently stated that he’s still not sure whether Loki has died or not. Hemsworth was attending a fan fest in London with Scarlett Johansson, Paul Rudd, Anthony, and Joe Russo and when the question about Tom Hiddleston’s Loki was put forward, he said,

“Ahhh, he’s like the girlfriend you break up with and they don’t get the message. Like, ‘You’re dead, sorry, it’s over,’ and they’re coming round to hang the new drapes. The most poignant moments [of Thor’s movies] have been with Loki.” Also, when he was asked about the future return of Loki. Hemsworth said, “I don’t know what the future holds. I love Tom. I miss him.”

Well, this is what Loki is all about and I think he should make a comeback in Avengers: Endgame because cheating death is what he’s famous for, and cheating the mightiest ‘Thanos’ would simply boost his stature in the MCU. But, in order to know whether he has used any resurrections this time or not, we will have to wait for the release of Avengers: Endgame which will open on April 26.
