The news has been delivered by Discussing Film that Sony is interested in bringing some other spin-offs as well along with previously mentioned projects, Spider-Verse Sequel and all-female spin-off. But, there are suggestions that Sony is focusing on these two spin-off projects for now and their success will surely play a major role in the upbringing of other spin-off movies.

The producers of the movie, Phil Lord and Chris Miller talked about ‘Into the Spider-Verse’ during an interview with and Lord admitted,

“Look, we wanted to make a movie that felt like it was the tip of the iceberg, You could imagine all of these other things. So it’s music to our ears that people could imagine a Spider-Noir film and the Spider-Ham insane cartoon.

Right. We still have the horse,” Miller also added. “We’ve got to put the cart behind it. So we’ll let it ride down the road a few blocks before we get too big for our britches.”

The movie has done a great business as it grossed a sum of $362.8 million at the global box-office. It also had a strong run at the domestic box-office as it collected a sum of $187.3 million. In the end, if we talk about the success of this movie in terms of awards then, the movie won the Best Animated Feature Oscar at the Academy Awards. Taking everything in consideration, there are chances that the two projects on which they’re focusing right now will be huge hits and will open gates for other spin-off movies.

The movie is going to be available for home media release on March 19th.
