Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse Features a Major Star Wars Actor

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse movie is soon going to release in theatres and the fans are really excited because of what we will get to see in the movie but there are reports that we are going to see a Star Wars character in this movie but in a very different role right at the end of the movie according to reports for now because of the screenings which we all know has been done recently.

The movie is going to show us more than one Spider-Man and because of that, we will witness time travel and a lot of Spider-Men coming together from various dimensions in this movie. So, the revelation from the lucky people who have watched the movie is that the movie is going to show us the future setting of Nueva York, which we all know is from 2099 universe of comics by Marvel.

Then we see that Miguel O’Hara, who is also known as Spider-Man 2099 makes his way into the frame. Now, the interesting thing is that the voice of the character has been given by none other than Oscar Issac.

I know the eyebrows of the fans of Star Wars is going to raise a little high because they know that this name belongs to the character of Poe Dameron and we all know how vital and big this character is in Star Wars. The news is really true and it has been reported by Inverse and also it has been reported by Jeff Sneider of Collider that the name of the actor has appeared in the credits’ roll.

On the other side, Sony doesn’t want to tell anything about the involvement of Oscar and has also left him out of the marketing scenes of the movie because they don’t want to free the brilliant minds of fans in order to spoil the secret.

We all know that there are a lot of characters in this movie and the reason behind the incoming of all these characters together in the movie has been explained by none other than the Producer of the movie, Phil Lord. Phil has been talking to Fandango recently has stated his views on the plot of the movie as he stated some interesting comments about the movie which are stated below:

“We wanted everyone to be canonical,” Lord explained. “We didn’t want to make anything up, because we felt like it would feel like we had a Great Gazoo to the movie or something like Scrappy Doo. We wanted to make sure that they all were originating from the comic, so we just sort of went to Marvel Wiki and having read the books and some of the event crossover books, we thought that these were characters that were as diverse as possible [and] had as many different colors to them.”

Also, the movie has achieved a score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes on their Tomatometer after a set of reviews on the internet by the people of the industry who has been there in the screening of the movie. It’s not a very big thing but is a kind of a positive start for the movie and also as we all know that this movie is going to tell a lot of interesting stories about the ‘Spider-Verse’, fans are really excited for this one.

With all these positive things around this movie it seems like the trinity of Bob Persichetti, Peter Ramsey, and Rodney Rothman has brought their magic on the big screen and fans are hopeful because we all know that Persichetti is the one who is the main man of this team of directors and we all are very familiar with the kind of style he had as we have seen that in the trailer and lot of footages of the movie.
