We all are waiting for the release of movie Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald and with little time left on the countdown clock there are signs that the movie is going to be huge hit at the box-office because some of the analysts form the industry are projecting that the movie is going to get a gross box office collection of $250 million worldwide in this weekend.
I know this is a huge claim by the analysts of the industry but it seems like they have great and right reasons in order to be this much optimistic about the movie.
There are certain reports on the internet according to Deadline which states that, the movie Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is going to collect a huge sum at the box-office because the hype they’ve created is really high and also there are claims that the sum is going to sit somewhere in between the amount of $253 and $275 million in its opening weekend.
This clearly states that the analysts are tipping the sequel of the movie better than the first part as the sum they are talking about is 15% higher than the collection of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them.
But, if we will go deep int he mark which has been suggested by the analytical department on the internet it clearly states that the movie is going to get a lower sum in the domestic box office in comparison to the movies we have seen in all these years related to Wizarding World.
As if the movie can able to touch the projected sum then there are chances that we will see the movie making a sum of only $65 to $70 million only at the domestic box office and is less than the sum which the first movie earned in domestic box office as it earned a sum of $74.4 million.
But, there are many people out there who are tipping the movie to cross the projected sum because the hype of the second movie is quite high as we all know that there are a lot of connections int he movie which signals towards the joining of Harry Potter to this timeline.
There’s can be a lot of shocks and surprises in the movie regarding all the things we are going to see and a lot of confusion and queries are in the heart of fans regarding the character of ‘Nagini’ in the movie.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie collected a sum of $234 million in domestic box-office and also went on to collect a sum of $814 million. But, we have to say that there has been a lot of controversies and publicity stunts around this movie and it has all the hype in the world with it. According to some people from the industry, the controversy around Johnny Depp could cause some damage to the movie.
We all know about the controversy in which Johnny Depp was standing in the center and it was none other than J.K. Rowling who came in support of Depp when things were going tough for Depp and also for the movie because of the false acquisitions from Heard’s camp. But, it was Rowling who said a strong statement in support of Johnny Depp,
“Harry Potter’ fans had legitimate questions and concerns about our choice to continue with Johnny Depp in the role. As David Yates, long-time ‘Potter’ director, has already said, we naturally considered the possibility of recasting. I understand why some have been confused and angry about why that didn’t happen. Based on our understanding of the circumstances, the filmmakers and I are not only comfortable sticking with our original casting but genuinely happy to have Johnny playing a major character in the movies.”
So, the movie has it all and there’s no reason left in the excuses’ box if the movie will fail to conquer all the expectations because there are a lot of fans who are waiting for the release of the movie. The movie is going to be released on November 16.
