But, there is a lot of more than this simple answer to the question of their connectivity as there are reports that it is because of the work by John Deegan, who works in Arkham Asylum. He is the one responsible for all this and also for rewriting the reality.

The plot of the show is going to tell us that it is the work of a doctor of Arkham Asylum because of which the reality of both Barry and Oliver have exchanged. But currently, we really don’t know how he did that as we will see that in the show obviously.

But, having someone in the show who can rewrite the reality sounds like a very disturbing and unbeatable power or technology to have in the wrong hands. There are also signs that both these heroes will go through Gotham as they’ll find something to the answer of their swap.

There are many fans out there who want to see Grant Gustin doing that iconic and famous salmon ladder routine of Oliver Queen bit it has been said and confirmed by the makers of the show that Barry and Oliver aren’t going to do any kind of role-play as it has been confirmed by Gustin himself that they’re not going to walk in each other’s shoes and will be like they are in the show. It’s quite disappointing for the fans but we still have a lot of things to get excited for.

According to the claims by Marc Guggenheim it has been said that Supergirl will be more engaged with Oliver and Barry in the show as he stated,

The most fun aspect about really focusing on the leads is we really had a chance to tell a story about the troika that we’ve never really been able to do before. When you have Legends of Tomorrow part of it, and all of the other secondary and supporting characters, the amount of time we had Grant and Stephen and Melissa on screen together was actually pretty minimal in other crossovers compared to this year.

Also, it has been revealed by Guggenheim that Legends of Tommorow are also coming into this one and the news simply made the whole fanbase of Legends of Tomorrow happy because with a lot of Arrowverse characters coming under one shed they also want to be the part of the party and as Guggenheim stated that fans should glue their eyes to the show as they’ll see the cameo of Legends of Tomorrow in the last hour of the event.

The producer of the show Guggenheim has also thrown some light on the efforts of his whole cast and crew as it’s not an easy task to assemble this lot of different things together under one frame. He said,

“Last year’s “Crisis on Earth-X” was very hard on the crew, it’s very hard on the cast, and we wanted this year to just be a little easier.” Guggenheim also explained that. “That’s why we focused on crossing over mainly the leads of the shows and not including the fourth hour. The hard thing about crossing over with Legends is because that’s an ensemble show, you’re crossing over with the entire cast.”
