‘Far From Home’ Set Photo Reveals Nick Fury And Spider-Man Go Boating

Spider-Man died a hero’s death in Avengers: Infinity War. Peter Parker got a new suit, was christened by Iron Man himself to become the newest addition to the Avengers, fought Thanos the mad Titan to a standstill and saved almost the entire Guardians’ asses on Titan before falling prey to the Thanos snap. Peter Parker’s demise was sad and heart-breaking. But he won’t be staying dead for long. In Spider-Man: Far From Home, the sequel to Homecoming, Tom Holland will reprise his role as the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. And the first set photo reveals that he is already sharing screen time with another major Marvel character. Presenting – Far From Home set photo reveals Nick Fury and Spider-Man go boating

Can you guess which Marvel Cinematic Universe character we are talking about? To answer it correctly, you need to keep your both eyes open.

Spider-Man: Homecoming bought into the MCU the concept of superhero mentoring. Peter Parker was young and a novice when it comes to being a helpful vigilante protector of the innocent. He needed to be guided by someone who was experienced enough. That is where Iron Man came in.

The movie beautifully ensured that Iron Man was a major part of the movie even though RDJ’s character was not a really important plot driver for the movie. In Homecoming 2, it will not be Iron Man that will be guiding Peter Parker this time. It will be someone else.

Still not sure who it might be? Let us break the news to you.

It is Nick Fury. Spider-Man: Far From Home will show us Nick Fury, the former Director of Shield and Peter Parker cruising through a lake on a speedboat. The sequel will take Peter Parker to the lanes of Europe, where another threat awaits the hero’s arrival.

Mysterio leads the Vulture, Hydro-Man and a set of other villains on a quest to end Spider-Man. Luckily though, Spider-Man will have his own back up in the form of Super-Spy Nick Fury. Spider-Man: Far From Home will be a part of MCU’s Phase 4, which will shed new light on individual heroes that are new to the universe like Spider-Man and Black Panther.

Peter and Fury have both been eliminated and turned to dust after Thanos used the Gauntlet to commit universal genocide. Yet, we are assured by the Marvel Studios themselves that Fury and Parker will return to the MCU stronger than ever. And they will have the herculean task of stopping Mysterio.

Most of the characters that died will be coming back in Marvel’s Phase 4. Avengers 4 will probably give us some answers. Apart from Nick Fury, Cobie Smulder’s Maria Hill is also slated to return to the MCU in Spider-Man: Far From Home to tackle an all-new danger that lurks and needs to be dealt with in the MCU.

Twitter user fangirlonloose_ can be credited with sharing this picture to the internet. The picture shows Spider-Man and Nick Fry cruising on a speedboat. The location is either a river or a lake and it takes place in the beautiful city of Venice.

Here is the picture we are talking about.

Nick Fury is the new mentor in Spider-Man: Far From Home. Does this mean Iron Man is not there in Phase 4? Does it mean Iron Man is no longer with us? Will RDJ’s character go down guns blazing in Avengers 4? So many questions, so little answers! All we know is that Spider-Man will be wearing the stealth suit and Nick Fury’s new and mysterious organization has something to do with it. We will know for sure when more news comes under the spotlight. Until then, hold on and stay tuned.

Thanos' Snap

The last movie to be released under the Marvel banner was Ant-Man and the Wasp. The official film synopsis for the movie reads:

Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk and the rest of the Avengers unite to battle their most powerful enemy yet — the evil Thanos. On a mission to collect all six Infinity Stones, Thanos plans to use the artifacts to inflict his twisted will on reality. The fate of the planet and existence itself has never been more uncertain as everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment.
