Avengers 4 Theory: Return of Snap Victims Revealed in ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’ Post-Credits

Ant-Man and the Wasp was a pretty self-centered movie as it did not interact with the larger MCU, until the very end! But what happened at the end probably had quite a lot of relevance. It gave us a glimpse into a world after the big Snap. The mid-credits scene, in particular, were shocking as the entire Pym family was disintegrated. But what happened in the Quantum Realm at the very same time seems to have spawned a new Avengers 4 theory which probably gives us an answer to where the Snap Victims went, and how they will return.

According to a new theory given by Redditor ‘meme_abstinent’, the souls of the Snap victims actually ended up in the Quantum Realm while Scott was in there. Check out the mid-credits scene of Ant-Man and the Wasp once again carefully.

Now based on it, here’s what the theory says:

“Okay so the discovery/theory: You can see the souls of the universe moving throughout the Quantum Realm after Thanos’ snap.

Watch the clip, before and after Scott retrieves the Quantum Particles the Realm is a deep blue and in an almost “calm” state. But seconds before the Pym’s disappear, we begin to see orange start to fill the Realm.

Orange is the color of the Soul Stone. Then, the camera pans out, and we see orange orbs traveling across the realm.

This would be around the time Thanos snapped his finger, down to the seconds if you watch Infinity War and how soon Bucky disappears.”

Now that you have read the theory, just check out all three Disintegration scenes synced together. You will see how well they are synced and how everything happens in line at once at different places throughout the world. The video is posted right above.

Now, this is some remarkable vigilance by the Redditor as this theory is very believable indeed. During the Disintegration event, we do see the orange spots become prominent in the Quantum Realm. These could actually be the souls of the Snap victims moving into the Quantum Realm somehow. Or they could be something entirely different like the time vortexes that have been teased.

The rumors of the Souls getting transferred to the Soul World have been debunked. The only Soul that is probably present in the Soul World is Gamora’s. So, what if the rest actually went subatomic, and the entire realm got filled with the souls of the snap victims.

This is probably why Ant-Man is going to be a really crucial element in the story of Avengers 4. His contribution to the plot is going to be massive. Kevin Feige has mentioned in the previous interviews that the Quantum Realm will also be massively featured in Captain Marvel, so perhaps she will also have a similar role as Ant-Man does. These two may very well be the only two people who have traveled through the Quantum Realm.

The Quantum Realm is going to be used for time travel, but it may actually show us the way of bringing the dead Avengers and the other beings of the entire Universe back to their living world. It is just a theory so don’t lose your shit already! Things that happen in the Quantum Realm are usually given a lot of focus as they are hiding many relevant details in plain sight. That is why this theory just might work!

Avengers 4 will presumably star Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jeremy Renner Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Tom Hiddleston, Idris Elba, Danai Gurira, Peter Dinklage, Benedict Wong, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Gwyneth Paltrow, Benicio del Toro, Josh Brolin, Pom Klementieff, Karen Gillan, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Chris Pratt, Paul Rudd, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Tessa Thompson, Evangeline Lilly, Aaron Taylor Johnson, Cate Blanchett, Michelle Pfeiffer, Michael Douglas, Tilda Swinton, Jeff Goldblum and Brie Larson.
