The Super Soldier Serum which has given birth to Captain America and many others was originally developed by a German Scientist Abraham Erskine. The serum was invented and transformed a lot of times to increase the strength of the human body and mind during the World War II to win the war. The Serum is responsible for the transformation of many famous super soldiers like Johan Schmidt, Steve Rogers, James Barnes, Bruce Banner, and Emil Blonsky and many others.  10. Red Skull

Red Skull is on number 21 in Wizard Magazine’s Top 100 Greatest Villains Ever list and also IGN’s 14th Greatest Comic Book Villain of All-time. Falsworth somehow broke out from the prison and started a war against the bad guys and renamed himself as Destroyer. The story of Warhawk has been a little different as he was covered with blood during a war when Mitchell Tanner was on the verge of death Dr. Noah Burstein did an emergency super soldier experiment with the soldier and it paid off as a super soldier helped the wounded soldier to become a super-agent of the C.I.A. He had some big fights with Luke Cage and Iron Fist but was later hired by the Hellfire club to take out the entire X-Men team.
