New Avengers 4 Theory Claims That Thanos Has Lived Through Multiple Timelines

“Avengers 4 Theory” should become the official title of our website until the film comes out! The upcoming film carries unlimited possibilities and the Marvel fans around the world are going all around trying to deduce those possibilities! Whatever happens in the film, we know for sure that Thanos will be taken down as the Avengers are going to make their final stand against the Mad Titan and they will try to reverse what Thanos did.

While there are so many theories that exist on the Internet, obviously all of them are not going to come true. Some of those are great but still, they won’t make their way to the movie, while some actually could. Time Travel, BARF, different dimensions, the Multiverse, Quantum Realm, all these have been the prime aspects of most of the theories and a new one given by a Reddit user named EmperorJoker argues that Thanos’ success is no accident as just like Doctor Strange saw multiple futures, Thanos has actually quite a few himself before settling to the one that we got to see. His theory claims that Thanos has actually used the Time Stone multiple times after acquiring it.

Heres what the theory says:

“[H]e said “I ignored my destiny once.” Most might assume he’s refering to his home planet but remember he said that he offered his people a solution and they refused so he didn’t abandon anything really where that’s concerned.

When he and [Gamora] arrived on that planet he pretty much said to Red Skull that he was ready and or knew what he must do. [Gamora] and him even argued and said he didn’t know what would happen and he said “I am the only one who knows that at least I’m the only one with the will to act.” Thanos might have been speaking literally and may have known exactly what he was talking about.

He even links it to give a reasoning for how Thanos knew about Tony. According to what he is suggesting, Thanos has fought Tony multiple times in different timelines, which is why he uttered the lines that left us all confused and asking for a reasoning.

“What seals the case for me is that Thanos says to Stark “Your not the only one cursed with knowledge.” He spoke as if he knew Stark and I think he was alluding to having lived these events before. He knew things Tony Stark didn’t tell him which makes me think Thanos had relived these events prior to the movie.”

Later, he ends his theory explaining that Thanos was actually the hero of the story as having experienced different kinds of brutal futures, he chose the Genocidal path and went on with it even after everyone tried to stop him. Thanos’ motivation was actually relatable to the real world even after being so dark and gritty. That is why he is the best MCU villain ever! His theory reads:

“Thanos originally chose to not sacrifice [Gamora] but when he did he lived to see the universe suffer like he predicted and it became to late. So Thanos used the time stone to rewind time and so began the events of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.”
