Legends of Tomorrow Season 4 Set Photos Revealed

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow is surely the best Arrowverse show out of the 4 shows we get to see every year. This is the show that brings out the most amount of variety with its characters, and it has touched countless boundaries with the amazing plot that runs majorly through the show, which is Time Travel.

Legends of Tomorrow

The creative boundaries for this show as we know are limitless as it interacts the most with the entire timeline and portrays amazing characters hidden throughout the timeline and many different places which other shows cannot. The third season has probably been the best as it has managed to introduce a great number of characters, bring back some great characters which were not being used by other shows and it also bid farewell to two of the greatest Legends of the Arrowverse.

Legends of Tomorrow

We are done with three seasons of this show and since this is the only show that does not centre around one single character and lets us bond equally with all the characters in the team equally, it is deemed as the true Team up Superhero show which we want to see more and more of. ‘Legends’ in particular has shorter seasons when compared to the other three shows, and that is probably why it works the best among the 4. The writers get to play the most with this show, and they do not even have to stretch the plot for more than 20 episodes.

After we saw the members of the Legends getting introduced through Arrow and the Flash, they banded together to form their own team and become the Legends through time. The first season saw the Legends fighting against the mighty Vandal Savage. The second brought in a version of Legion of Doom which the Legends fought to save the very fabric or reality being altered. Doing that opened up a new threat of the mystical villain Mallus which the Legends fought in the third season.

In the finale of the third season, the Legends caused an anachronism which actually enabled the big bad Mallus to escape from prison so they could take him on and finally end his threat. They did turn out to be victorious, but their victory is not short of consequences. Right towards the end when they were celebrating the big victory that they recently had, Constantine presented them a new challenge coming in an tossing the head of a dragon at their feet.

Now, fans are waiting for the 4th season of this amazing show to arrive. The show is currently under production and the episodes are being shot right now. While we do not have much insight as to what is going to happen this time around, we still have some set photos to see which have been shared by actor Caity Lotz (leader of the Legends, Sara Lance). Have a look:

Well, she sure can’t take a straight photo, but looking at these, we can bet that Season 4 will be as exciting as the first three seasons were. Hopefully, we get a different look at Time Travel and the show surprises us with even more variety.

Now, we will get a trailer for Season 4 at San Diego Comic-Con this year, but for now, WB has released a synopsis which describes the Season 4 and poses a new threat upon the Legends. Here’s the official Synopsis for Season 4:

“After defeating Mallus by cuddling him to death with a giant stuffed animal named Beebo, the Legends were ready to ease off the gas. That was until Constantine arrived to inform them that, in solving one major problem, they have created another, much larger one. When the Legends let time crumble in order to release and defeat Mallus, the barrier between worlds softened. History is now infected with “Fugitives” – magical creatures from myths, fairytales, and legends. Having been expelled throughout time by people like Constantine, these Fugitives are now returning to our world in droves and making a real mess of things. So when all hell breaks loose, who ya gonna call? That’s right, the Legends!”
