Ant-Man And The Wasp Trailer 2 Is Out And Here’s Everything You Need To Know

Okay so one of the biggest questions that arose after watching the biggest movie of all time, Avengers Infinity War was that where the hell was Ant-Man and the Wasp during the entire movie. Even the cast of Infinity War addressed to this fact stating the possibilities of their location while the events of Infinity War. Well now the brand new story trailer has hit the internet and hopefully, this movie will give us a good explanation as to what the matter with these two is. Here’s the new trailer:

In the previous trailer, we saw that Hank Pym shrunk his research facility and a character named Sonny Burch played by Walter Goggins stole that research facility. This new trailer begins with the chase sequence of Ant-Man trying to take that back from Burch in the form of Giant Man. Well, Scott is not is usual sized Giant Man, but he is big enough and actually uses a truck to sort of Skate-board and chase Burch’s SUV. And then we see the Truck actually take up speed and Scott’s unable to stop it and messes up.

Simultaneously, a scene goes where we see the grounded world of Scott as he spends time with his daughter, telling him how he messes things quite a lot as Ant-Man, and he tells his daughter to not be like him. That’s when Cassie suggests that he should probably consider having back up, and in comes The Wasp kickin’ ass in the same chase sequence.

The trailer moves forward as we see Pym, Scott and Hope visit Luis and his Con friends for help in their firm called – ‘EXCONS’. Since they are so great at stealing, breaking and entering and they all are legitimate Ex-cons the pack opened up a firm selling stuff related to home security systems, actually teaching people the possibilities of breaking and entering.

Luis explains in his own way that Ghost is the one who actually stole Pym’s tech and how she’s so dangerous being able to become invisible, phasing through walls and trying to take over the world. And then the expression of disbelief comes in as Pym again has to take the help of this crew in getting all his research back.

While Luis tells us about Ghost, he also narrates that Pym is the one who opened up the Quantum Realm and even took a tour using the ship that he has built. We get shots of the Quantum Realm while all this explanation. And this is where Ghost comes in, stealing Pym’s tech. we get a quick look at the action sequence between Ant-Man and Ghost where Scott gets his ass kicked through multiple walls. We also get to see Ghost phasing through the Quantum Realm and the real world.

Then Hank Pym gives the old speech that the future lies in the hands of Ant-Man and the Wasp. Then the actual team up of the two happens as the two take down bad guys in a building. Then we get quick shots of Scott almost being eaten by a bird as we was riding an Ant, an actual Ant playing drums, Ant-Man in the Quantum realm while the Wasp (Janet Van Dyne) flies through him.

This version of Ant-Man looks to be Hank Pym as the suit looks to be the older version and not the new one that Scott is currently wearing. Then we see Ant-Man and the Wasp take on Ghost, and Pym’s research facility goes big at a place I wasn’t supposed to, and a very quick shot at a flashback sequence of Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne’s Ant-Man and the Wasp from the old team up days before Janet went sub-atomic.

Then we see the continuation of the chase sequence where Luis goes small sitting alongside Hope in a van, and here we actually see that Luis is carrying the research facility, so it means that team Ant-Man has successfully retrieved Pym’s research back from the bad guys.

Then the trailer finally ends with Lawrence Fishburne’s character Doctor Bill Foster, who confirms that he had worked on project-Goliath with Hank Pym in the old days and he was able to go as big as 21 ft. Scott brags to that saying that he has grown a whole 65 ft. Then we see the continuation of the Giant Man scene from the previous trailer as Ant-Man grows big in front of a boat.

 Ant-Man and the Wasp

Well, given how big Fishburne is, it is hard to believe that he is there just for a small side role. He could be there to be built up for the future, but it seems that he may actually turn out to be the main big bad of this movie, pulling the strings of Ghost and Sony Burch, as that would make the fight even. Foster may be angry with Hank Pym for something that may have happened in the past, and now he will become Goliath and take on Ant-Man, while the Wasp fights Ghost. This could be an insane plot twist but let’s see what happens.

Ant-Man and the Wasp open on July 5.
