Avengers: Infinity War is fast approaching and fans already cannot get enough of the trailer itself. The trailer released a few days ago and completely broke the internet. Marvel Fans are frothing at the mouth with sheer excitement as to what will Earth’s mightiest heroes do against a threat as major and cosmic as Thanos himself. The MCU was created with a vision. That vision finally boils down to the upcoming Infinity War movie.
As Thanos steps on Earth to get his hands on the Infinity Stones for his quest to complete the Infinity Gauntlet and conquer the entire universe, the Avengers will need all the help they can get if they aim to defeat the greatest threat they have ever faced.
Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Hulk, Hawk Eye and Black Widow were the original members of the Avengers. They helped stop Loki, the Norse God of Mischief from using an army of aliens to conquer Earth. But as the MCU expanded, so did the threats to the big blue planet.
More heroes joined the fray as dangers to the universe compounded. Falcon, The Winter Soldier, Vision, The Scarlet Witch, War Machine and Ant-Man are already part of the New Avengers while Black Panther and Doctor Strange could be considered its future members.
But villains like Ultron, Baron Zemo, Hela, Red Skull, Malekith and the likes are just the tip of the iceberg. Thanos is the iceberg.
Will the heroes be enough to tackle the Mad Titan from bending the cosmos to his will? With a threat as big as Thanos, the Avengers will need all the help they can get. And looks like they will… and from a really unexpected source.
Pepper Potts, Tony Stark’s Girlfriend and the love of his life is reportedly donning the Iron Man suit in the Avengers 4.
Gwyneth Paltrow plays Virginia “Pepper” Potts – the quirky yet gullible CEO of Stark Enterprises and the love interest of RDJ’s Tony Stark character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
She was introduced into the MCU in Iron Man in 2007, the very first movie of the MCU banner and thus could be considered as one of the oldest characters in the franchise.
She has had major roles in all the three Iron Man movies. Iron Man saw Paltrow trying to stop Obadiah Stane from selling Stark Industries secrets to terrorist while the sequel saw Paltrow get in the way of the villain Whiplash.
In Iron Man 3, Pepper was injected with the Extremis serum that gave her superhuman physical attributes but Tony later helped her get rid of it.
Now news is abounding that Pepper maybe going to jump on the Superhero Bandwagon after all. And it is not the Extremis that will make her a superhero.
Gwyneth Paltrow shared pictures of her on the sets of Avengers 4 where she may have accidentally revealed a key plot point regarding her character’s future in the MCU sequel to Avengers: Infinity War.
The images show Paltrow wearing a checkered motion Capture suit. The suit is similar to the ones worn by Mark Ruffalo for the Hulk and Robert Downey Jr. for the Iron Man.
Unless Paltrow is thinking of becoming MCU’s She-Hulk (which we sincerely hope does not happen), our next best guest is Pepper Potts is going to wear an Iron Man suit in the movie.
However, it is not the first time Paltrow has donned one of Tony’s suits. Neither in the comics nor in the MCU. In the comics, Marvel’s “World’s Most Wanted” Storyline, Pepper has used an armored suit designed by Tony to become the superhero Rescue. In the MCU too, Pepper has donned a similar suit in Iron Man 3 while trying to escape the Mandarin’s forces.
Pepper has been absent from all major movies of the MCU ever since The Avengers. Maybe it is time for her to make a comeback and rescue (pun intended) the Avengers asses. However, we won’t know if the news is true until Avengers 4 is released.

Avengers Infinity War to arrive in theaters on May 4, 2018, in US market whereas a week earlier in India and other international markets. Avengers 4 will hit the theatres on May 3, 2019. CHEERS!
