Dwayne Johnson Takes On 22 Push-Up Challenge

After Ice Bucket, a new internet challenge of 22 Push-up is now taking the internet by storm. It aims to spread awareness about 22 US army veterans’ who suffer from mental health anomalies and die by suicide every day. The fitness challenge encourages one to do 22 pushups for 22 days, then nominating three friends to follow the same.

22Kill, an American organization, is looking down this project with a target of 22 million pushups to raise awareness about the veterans. Several celebrities and military organizations have been supporting the cause on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Fast and Furious actors Dwyane’The Rock’Johnson and Scott Eastwood, Captain America star Chris Evans and actor Chris Pratt have supported the challenge, with their posts going viral on social media.

“Every pushup counts so don’t be shy to show your support for our veterans. You can do as many or few pushups as you can or choose. Whether it’s 1 or 100 in a row, we will accept them however they come. They can be assisted (on your knees), incline (on a desk/wall), or if you physically are unable to do any, we’ll even take air pushups.
