Hawk-eye is not a cash-cow for Netflix:
Netflix has a range of good superhero shows like Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage etc, Hawkeye doesn’t fit in anywhere, also he will face direct competition from Arrow on CW network and we know that’s not even a fight.
