America Chavez will infiltrate Kang’s city near the end of the multiversal war to rescue her mothers. This is a theory that I going to discuss in quite some detail in this article. You see, Marvel has been setting up Kang for a long time. They gave a glimpse of the final villain in the season finale of Loki. But after the end of Phase V, they will start to show the villain with some regularity. I think that is the moment when everything will go to hell. or most likely, where the good content will start. Marvel takes a long time to get going. But once they start going they forget the meaning of the word stop.
That is something that they will surely do with Kang as the villain. Once an evil Kang variant shows up, then they will become the staple monsters of the MCU for at least four years or one Marvel Phase. So what does any of that have to do with America Chavez? Well, you see, America Chavez is a character who has the capability to use her fist to open portals into the multiverse. She has now learned to harness this power and plans to stay with Doctor Strange in the Sanctum Sanctorum where she will learn the way of the mystic arts. Her future is in the MCU but her series arc will be to look for her parents.
America Chavez Will Infiltrate Kang’s City
America Chavez’s mothers were stranded in the multiverse when she was just a child. Chavez did not know how to control her powers when she was a kid. Hence, her powers only activated when she was extremely scared. This is a strange position to be in, especially as a child because as an infant you are afraid of practically everything. We think that America’s search for her mothers in the MCU will lead her right to the doorstep of Kang at the end of Phase V. She will then use the information she would have received about Chronopolis and pass it on to the Avengers.
We think that at this point the Avengers will plan a big multiversal war against all the known Kang variants that will start appearing in Phase VI. All of them will fight all of us. But America Chavez will be given the team of Young Avengers who will assist her in a rescue mission. One where America Chavez will infiltrate Kang’s city near the end of the multiversal war to rescue her mothers. It makes sense that Kang would have them. He would love to hold them hostage so as to attract America to his immortal city.
Chronopolis is Kang’s home base, there is nothing in the city that is not surveilled or controlled by him. He owns that portion of the multiverse and controls it with both force and fear. Kang would want to set a trap for someone as valuable as America Chavez. Only Kang and the TVA have the technology to interact with the multiverse. The existence of a being that can not only open portals but also travels freely in the multiverse is a resource that Kang cannot afford to neglect.
The Future
Going by this theory we have a lot of new story developments to look forward to in Phase V and VI. Especially with the implication that every new Marvel movie will have some sort of new Kang variant to act as its villain. We think that the next few years are going to be bombastic in the MCU. Moreover, there is a good chance that Avengers will assemble soon.
With America Chavez’s Young Avengers and the creation of A Force, a core team will be needed to manage the strike forces. This is a responsibility that only Captain America can take up at this point in the MCU.
