The finance website reported that MrBeast made $54 million from YouTube in 2021. We do know from his income statement that Jimmy also raked in $48 million in 2020. This means that Jimmy has become the wealthiest YouTuber in the world at age 23. He lives in North Carolina and had previously dropped out of college to pursue a career on Youtube. The man just bought a $10 million compound to work as his base of operations for the videos.
It is quite extraordinary that he has reached this juncture after working so hard for so many years. Jimmy never skirts away from spending money. His engagement rates are the highest on YouTube and this is reflected in his earnings. Plus, MrBeast also has a flair for how to do things the right way. For example, he gave away $456,000 to the winner of his Squid Game Video but he also revealed that it cost him $3.5 million to make that video. It is exceptionally hard to recoup almost $4 million from a YouTube video but Jimmy makes sure to get big sponsors for his content.
He has commented numerous times that all he wants to do is make good videos and keep on making the said videos for as long as he can.
