A Possible No Way Home Leak Reveals Matt Murdock And 3 Spider-Men

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is building the hype for Spider-Man: No Way Home in a brilliant manner considering they are well aware of the excitement for it. There has been a lot of secrecy surrounding the project and various fan theories are making the rounds. While Marvel is neither confirming nor accepting these theories, fans have been looking for any tidbit of information they can find. There have been reports of various leaks from the sets of the movie, while some have been confirmed to be true, others just fake. A recent No Way Home leak shows Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland’s Spider-Men, along with Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock

Past Potential Leak

There have been a lot of leaks regarding the movie over the past few months. While most of these have been a means for the fans to confirm their fan theories others had real details that fans had to actually check whether they were real or not. The last major leak involved Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man on the set of the movie talking to someone. While there have been various attempts at proving whether this is true or not, there is still no confirmation regarding that.

The level of secrecy that Marvel has kept regarding the movie is only increasing the hype for the project. Even the first trailer for the movie was leaked a day before its release and when the official release happened it became the most viewed trailer in the first 24 hours of its release. The primary concern regarding the movie is whether we will get to see Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield reprise their Spider-Man roles in the movie. It seems a recent leak might be another indication that the characters will be seen in the movie.

New No Way Home Leak

A recent leak from the Twitter handle @Spider_Leaks gives us two different photos that are clearly from Spider-Man: No Way Home. The first one confirms the presence of Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Men in the movie. But the other photo also confirms another major fan theory that indicated that Charlie Cox will be reprising his role as Matt Murdock in the movie. Well, these leaks are to be taken as a grain of salt since they could easily be tailor-made! But, what if they are legit??

The photo involving the three Spider-Men together looks like a scene from the docks and all the characters have taken their masks off. This set resembles the set from the clip that was leaked with Andrew Garfield talking to Tobey Maguire. Based on the past plot leaks for the movie this could actually be the final battle sequence where the three Spider-Men team up to fight the multiple villains set to appear in the movie. The individual Spidey’s would be able to fight their own villains from their own past movies while Tom Holland’s Spider-Man helps them.

The second photo shows Jon Favreau’s Happy Hogan, Marisa Tomei’s Aunt May, Tom Holland’s Peter Parker, and Charlie Cox’s sitting around a table in what seems to be Peter’s house. This could be the very scene that Tom Holland was talking about in a recent interview where he mentioned Aunt May, Happy, and himself setting with another character talking about what it means to be a superhero. He said:

It’s four people sitting at a table, having a conversation about what it’s like to be a superhero, and it was amazing. The other day we watched the scene, my brother and I, and our jaws were on the floor.

The very character that he was talking about could be Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock and he might also appear in his costume as Daredevil later in the movie. This could mark the debut of the character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. But fans must take these leaks with the fair consideration that there have been many such leaks over the past few months. While most of them were theories and this might actually end up affecting the reaction upon watching the movie itself.

Spider-Man: No Way Home will release in theatres worldwide on December 17. It stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori, Martin Starr, J.B. Smoove, Marisa Tomei, J.K. Simmons, Jon Favreau, Alfred Molina, Jamie Foxx and possibly, the previous two Spider-Men.
