We all have weird thoughts and beliefs that we hardly ever let anyone know. These may include some really weird beliefs from flat earthers to what not. There is hardly any chance of figuring out the reason behind these beliefs. They are often because of the circumstances around us and the way we are relating to our environment. Often these opinions could be rather controversial other times they could be fairly stupid. It is believed that our reality is actually just a reflection of our strongest beliefs. We try to aspire to be like our favorite celebrities and we look up to them for inspiration. But even these celebrities often end up having rather odd beliefs and opinions. Let’s take a look at a few absurd things celebrities believe in.

2. Jennifer Aniston
Friends star Jennifer Aniston has a pre-flight ritual that she undertakes before stepping into any flight vehicle. She said, “If I walk onto an airplane, I always have to go on with my right foot first and tap the outside of the plane, I have always done it for luck.”
3. Serena Williams
Serena Williams mentions that the reason for her success has to be with a specific set of steps that she follows around her game. She shows up to the court in her shower sandals and wears the same pair of socks throughout a tournament. Following that she likes to tie her shoes in a specific manner and makes sure to bounce the ball exactly five times before she makes her first serve.
4. James McAvoy
X-Men star James McAvoy makes sure that he is rid of bad luck by saying, “White rabbit” to the first person he meets on the first day of each month.
5. Taylor Swift
Singer Taylor Swift is majorly attached to the number 13 while many people consider it to be rather ominous. She has said, “I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th. My first album went gold in 13 weeks. My first No. 1 song had a 13-second intro.”
It will come as an absolute surprise to fans of the rapper Eminem, that he doesn’t believe in swearing around the house.
7. Vince Vaughn
The comedy star is rather fond of guns and has actually endorsed arms and is actually a firm supporter of guns in public. According to him, “Banning guns is like banning forks in an attempt to stop making people fat.”
8. Mark Wahlberg
Mark Wahlberg has quite the Catholic faith and he goes to church every day. He believes that this saves him from participating in gangs and addictions. And this has also allowed him to help the inner-city kids to avoid this kind of a lifestyle as well.
9. Alice Cooper
Alice Cooper is often compared and even considered the embodiment of Satan because of the themes his songs follow but it seems he actually believes every word in the Old Testament.
10. Morgan Freeman
Black History Month is quite an essential period but the Bruce Almighty star believes it to be absolute bogus. According to him the only way to stop racism is to stop addressing it.
11. Kurt Cobain
It seems that the release of the album Nevermind had quite an impact on the dynamics of the band. This comes because before the album was released Nirvana had decided to split the royalties equally three ways but later Kurt Cobain believed that he deserved 75% and he even insisted the split be retroactive.

Everyone knows Barry Humphries mostly for his character that has him dressed as a woman. But it comes as rather surprising that he holds transphobic views and has even called out Caitlyn Jenner as a “mutilated man.”

The veteran actor a registered Republican and yet his views differ from his fellow republicans. Republicans tend to be against gay marriages but the actor has nothing against it and rather holds the belief that everyone should give them a chance to do what they want.

The Hulk actor has full faith that 9/11 was an inside job. He was quoted as saying, “I’m baffled. My first reaction is that buildings don’t fall down like that,” in an interview at an anti-war rally in 2007.
