New Evidence Teases Maguire’s Pizza Parlor Scene in Doctor Strange 2
With the advent of MCU Phase IV, multiverse stories have become increasingly common. The entire premise of Phase IV is the variety of multiverse. Doctor Strange 2 is going to focus on this specifically. All the stories up until now, including Loki, have only breached the surface. Now, we are going to get into the grit of things and find out how the multiverse angle in Phase IV with the movie releases. As of now, much of the movie’s story is shrouded in darkness. But now new evidence suggests that we’ll see Tobey Maguire’s Pizza Parlor Scene in Doctor Strange 2.
Reddit user u/TheCloakOfLevitation recently brought it to the community’s attention that Italian extra Domenico Caccamo has updated his StarNow profile to note his role as “Pizza Parlor Boss” in Stellar Vortex. Stellar Vortex is the working title for Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness. The movie is sure to include a scene in a Pizzeria. But the relevance of the scene is still unclear. Fans think that Dr. Strange will be visiting multiple realities in the sequel. It did not take the fans long to list out all the old marvel movies with pizza scenes. And believe me, there are a lot.
Original Spider-Man and Strange
The prevailing theory is that Dr. Strange will visit Tobey Maguire’s timeline in Spider-Man 2 where he is still working as a delivery boy to a pizza shop. This is an interesting suggestion. It is also in line with the fact that Tobey will be joining Tom Holland in No Way Home. It is likely the Dr. Strange movie will set up a connection with No Way Home. But due to the temporal nature of the stories, it is tricky to judge what will come before what in the chronology of things.
We do hope that we get to see the original Spider-Man go toe to toe with the Sorcerer Supreme but it is just conjecture at this point. What do you think? Do you think the theory makes sense?
