10 Superhero Teams That Marvel Wishes to Have in MCU by Phase 5 & 6

Superhero Teams Marvel in MCU by Phase 5 & 6:

Marvel is building a massive roster, and soon we’d see a situation where every movie that Marvel puts out will be a team-up story. The solo films already feel like team-up films since multiple characters mainstream characters are involved, but the number of characters will just grow massively by the end of Phases 4 & 5. So, here are 10 teams that already seem to be on Marvel’s radar of getting a film series or a Disney+ series.

The New Avengers

Kevin Feige has already confirmed an Avengers 5 and he even stated that Marvel already knows the roster of the film. Given that Phase 4 is bringing in so many heroes, we could expect most of them to end up in the next Avengers film. Here are all the Avengers that could be present in the line-up – Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, Falcon, Winter Soldier, Wanda, Spectrum, Blade, Shang-Chi, Hulk, Thor, the Mighty Thor, Valkyrie, Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, Ant-Man, and the Wasp.

The Ultimates

The post-credits scene of Spider-Man: Far From Home may have probably given us the very early set up for SWORD. With Sword, we will soon be introduced to the Ultimates. The members of this team include – Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Spectrum, Blue Marvel, America Chavez and Galactus (Yes the villain!). Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and Monica Rambeau are already a part of the MCU and Marvel can easily bring the other three very soon.

Eternals

Superhero Teams Marvel in MCU by Phase 5 & 6Marvel’s Eternals is going to tell us the history of MCU. This project is bringing so many new heroes into the MCU. The cast includes – Richard madden as Ikaris, Angelina Jolie as Thena, Kumail Nanjiani playing Kingo, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry – Phastos, Salma Hayek – Ajak, Lia McHugh – Sprite, Don Lee – Gilgamesh, Gemma Chan as Sersi, Barry Keoghan – Druig and Kit Harrington as Black Knight. The Eternals may not interact with the Avengers, but Black Knight sure would.

Guardians of the Galaxy

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 might just not be the final film of the franchise. This film will deal mostly with Rocket and his creator. There’s probably not enough time for Adam Warlock to be explored properly. So it is entirely possible that we’d still have Guardians around for a Vol. 4.

MI – 13

With Black Knight and Blade already confirmed for the MCU, and with Marvel giving a major tease for Captain Britain, UK’s MI-13 is strongly being hinted for the MCU. Other than these three, Meggan, Death’s Head, Lion Heart and Pete Wisdom are the members of the team. So, let’s see how and when does Marvel introduce these members.

The Young Avengers

It has been revealed that Hailee Steinfeld will be playing Kate Bishop in the MCU. The Hawkeye series will definitely pass on the mantle to her. And she is a very crucial member of the Young Avengers, which also includes Cassie Lang. We all know that Ant-Man and the Wasp 3 will turn her into a superhero like her father as well. Then there’s Ms. Marvel who could be another member of the team. Ironheart, Iron Lad, Patriot, Hulkling, Wiccan, Speed & America Chavez could all be introduced sometime. We can be sure that a Disney+ show will bring us the Young Avengers.

Power Pack

Recent rumors have claimed that Marvel is looking to bring Power Pack onto Disney+. The members of this group include Alex Power/Zero-G, Julie Power/Lightspeed, Jack Power/Mass Master and Katie Power/Energizer. Their adventures have crossed over with the son of Reed Richards (Mister Fantastic) and Sue Storm (Invisible Woman), Franklin Richards. This makes us think that Marvel might introduce an already established Fantastic Four in the MCU. Sue and Reed could already be married and might have Franklin Richards.

Fantastic Four

Kevin Feige has assured that Fantastic Four is coming to the MCU. It’d surely be much sooner than the X-Men. As mentioned above, the Fantastic Four could already be an established part of the MCU, as they could have been the ones who made the Quantum Realm city. This would be the time when they emerge out of the Quantum Realm. Their powers would obviously be from the Quantum Realm itself.

The Thunderbolts

Another rumored team which does look like it is headed towards the big screen. The rumor states that Marvel has plans for the likes of Ghost, Justin Hammer, Abomination, General Ross and Zemo. And, they’re also introducing Yelena Belova & Taskmaster in the upcoming Black Widow movie. These are two other members who could be a part of the MCU’s Suicide Squad. They could further go on to become the Dark Avengers. But as their first Antagonist, they’d probably have to take on the Leader!

X-Men

The entry of the X-Men is inevitable. It’s just a matter of time that Marvel establishes mutants into the MCU. The Mutants would further open up dozens of possibilities. Other than the X-Men, Marvel could actually build up more teams like the X-Force, the New Mutants and many more. The X-Men will certainly play a huge role in Phase 6.

Honorable mentions –

A-Force

Marvel is ready even now to put out a female Avengers movie. People would be very excited to see the A-Force moment from Endgame happen again. And, even more, characters like Mighty Thor, Ms. Marvel, and She-Hulk could join the team.

Defenders

It will take Marvel 2 years to even start thinking about the Defenders. But once they reboot Daredevil, and others to step into the MCU, they’d most certainly be looking for the Defenders as well. Iron Fist could come in through Shang-Chi. Introducing the other New Yorkers won’t be difficult.

Let’s see how many of these teams make it into the MCU.
