MCU Phase 4 to Have Not 1 But 2 Thanos-Like Super-Villain Masterminds

MCU Phase 4:

The Mad Titan had to plan out each end every step he made when he was trying to take down the Avengers. The Earth’s mightiest heroes were the greatest obstacles to his plan of bringing back his so-called balance to the universe. Thanos was never one to take any hasty measures. He was cold, calculating and cunning to the core. He did not just rely on brawns but used it in tandem with his brains to take down whatever the Avengers threw his way. That is what made his official debut as the big bad wolf in Infinity War so much more impactful. The audience knew Thanos meant business, unlike the other Marvel villains. And it took them a lot of time, energy and resources as well as their greatest and most legendary member to take down the purple megalomaniac. But if rumours are to be trusted, the Avengers, now weary and battered, will be facing not just one but two big bad wolves like Thanos! Presenting – MCU Phase 4 to have not 1 but 2 Thanos-like Super-Villain Masterminds!!

MCU Phase 4 Villains Thanos

Reddit is supposedly the go to site for all Marvel related stuff nowadays. The internet went into an absolute frenzy after a trusted Reddit source user called TheMarvelScoopMaster announced that Marvel will be introducing two separate villains into the MCU this time. The guy has been proven right in the past regarding the scores of theories he puts in on Reddit. He claims that the two separate villains will be made up of one ground level villain and a cosmic one.

He said and we quote:

“I have some news on who the new big bads will be in the MCU. Yes, plural. We’re going to see more than one villain in the MCU. Think of it as two Thanos level threats, but Marvel is looking to create a more ‘ground level’ threat and a more ‘cosmic’ threat. This will be their way of upping the ante of Thanos.”

The two villains in question could be anyone. But if we were to guess who the Earth-based villain would be, we have to go with a very obvious choice – Norman Osborn aka the Green Goblin. After Spider-Man: Far From Home will expand the Spiderman universe,  we are pretty sure Marvel Studios will look forward to making Norman Osborn, a very interesting and popular villain in Marvel Comics, a part of the larger MCU. Coupled with the fact that Osborn got newfound fame after his tenure as the leader of the Dark Avengers and the reason the Siege and Dark Reign storyline happened, expect those elements to be incorporated into the future MCU continuity as well.

For the comic supervillain, we have three probable choices. Captain Marvel has already introduced the Kree Supreme Intelligence. We could also see a lot of theories about Kang the Conqueror coming to the MCU. Then there is also another theory that the next MCU Cosmic Super Villain will be none other than Michael Korvac and the Korvac Saga will be a huge part of the MCU future timeline. Or at least that is what the rumour mill is churning out these days.
