Disney and Marvel have just done some amazing work upon the marketing of this film. The Russos actually had a thought that they won’t give us anything for this film, but that obviously wasn’t possible. There was a major chance that things would have ended with the second trailer and that’s the total amount of footage we’re going to get. But Marvel launched a special look to boost the Avengers: Endgame ticket sales and boy has that worked perfectly!
Avengers: Endgame is making it big for every single snap survivor. This movie is going to be huge in many aspects. It is the longest MCU movie, it’s also going to make the greatest amount of money at the Box Office, and it will feature the most number of heroes. Well, that’s not it.
This may actually be the film to sell the most amount of Merchandise as well because almost every hero is getting one, or multiple suits. There are the regular suits that everyone will get. Apart from them, we’ll see the Avengers don the advanced tech Quantum Realm suits. But things don’t stop there.
For instance, Iron Man will have his Mark 85 Armor and the white suit. Then there will be the Hulkbuster 3.0. He has to have a special suit by the end of the film as well. Captain America has his new scaly armor, the Quantum Realm suit, and apart from them, we already know that his Winter Soldier, Infinity War, and Avengers 1 suits are also going to return. Moving on, Hawkeye/Ronin will have at least 3 suits in total, and so will Black Widow. Hulk will get two suits of his own.
But what’s interesting is that James Rhodey Rhodes aka War Machine actually has a suit in excess of 4. We’ve already seen 4 of his suits in all the trailers. The suit that you see above is one we saw in the Avengers: Endgame Super Bowl Spot.
Then came the second trailer, which we thought was going to be the final trailer. It gave us the cool shot of Rocket tagging along with War Machine. This version of the armor is bulkier than all others. Then there’s the Quantum Realm suit which actually looks to be a completely different design than every other suit.
It is believed that the Quantum Realm suits are actually going to be NanoTech, and they will form upon whatever an individual is wearing at a certain point of time. And if you focus upon the design of War Machine’s white suit, the structure looks a whole lot like the suit in the first scene where Rhodey suits up with Ant-Man. So, it is entirely possible that there’s no specific different Quantum Realm suit for anyone.
The special look at Avengers: Endgame gave us another War Machine Armor which probably looks better than all others. But it is actually the same suit that he wore in Infinity War, and the 004 gives it away! Well, the funny thing about War Machine is that he will also be getting a Warbuster armor this time around. It was leaked through a Lego set.
So technically, Rhodey will get 3 new suits, and a Quantum Realm upgrade and his old Infinity War suit as well. That’s a lot of War Machine in one movie. It’s good that he is getting a lot to do. Avengers: Endgame comes out on April 26.
